“I ordered a pizza last Sat 7/6/24 the woman answering the phone since the website didn't work I had to call, she was not familiar with their pizzas, I ordered a tastemaker from their online ad, she said that she'd never heard of it?? So finally go down to order it, she said 15 minutes it would be ready for me to pick up. As I pulled in to park ONE man was leaving with an order, NO CUSTOMERS inside when I went in, and she said my pizza was ready, asked her how long...."15 minutes" so after the 20 minutes or so AFTER I ordered it they hadn't started it her excuse "we've been busy" what a freaking joke, I refused to sit there for 15 minutes as I was walking out another customer was walking in. So 3 customers in about 5 mins is too busy for them? I will find another pizza place this isn't the first time they've messed up MY dinner. Will be the last time!”

“We were in Moncton and tried to order a pizza for supper. Each one we called we were rudely advised that none of them delivered to Holliday inn express in Moncton. Not we are sorry or you can call this number just no and hard to understand. We will never order from your company again. Maybe you should start training your staff on how to speak to your customers. “Awful customer service process.
They can clearly see that I have a coupon that doesn't state ONLINE...I get there and they are having a difficult time with me and forward me to the online process. The online prices sucks as it kept making me sign up for offers, set up an account, and receive texts promotions... if that wasn't bad enough, it kept making me go over the process again and again. Truly horrible. I went through this for almost an hour. Yes they helped with the online pieces BUT No one said, ok, we see it isn't you, let me override it. Horrible. .Now I remember why my family lives Dominoes... Do better”
“My wife and I have been eating at Pizza Hut in Royston most of our life . This trip we order a super supreme minus shroons and black olives . I want to say this pizza was cooked to perfection!! Probably the best we have ever eaten from Pizza Hut. Bennett was the young man in the back manning the kitchen. The young lady (Bri) at the register was very professional and friendly as well. Awesome job to these two and we can’t wait eat there again,soon!

“First of all there are no prices on the menu. No I’ve so no fountain drinks or tea. Pizza was served to table in the box? Really??? Had to ask for silverware which was plastic when brought to table. Very sad restaurant experience. We do order take out but will not be eating in again.”
“Not received any delivery. Online tracking doesn't show the correct status. I waited for 2.5 hours, and then it showed the status as "DELIVERED," which is false—nothing was received.
I don't understand how Pizza Hut operates. You don't seem to care about the customer and don't even bother to inform them. It seems like Indian Pizza Hut operates on the typical logic of "Chalta Hai." I haven't seen such unprofessionalism from Pizza Hut in other parts of the world.

“Store address is 3311 Orange Blossom Trail , I ordered a NY style pizza with pepperoni on 1 side and onions and green peppers on the 2 side . I got pepperoni and green peppers and onions on all I called to complain but the manager hesitated when she read back the order. But was only going to give me $20.00 credit on a $30.33 order. No one could eat pizza and had to throw away. And the first time time calling I was hung up on, and 2 time talked to 2 girls but manager says she is the only one there. I was given the credit but I will never use pizza hut again. They don't care it seems.
