“The service that I received today was horrible. The so called manager kept hanging the phone up on me. They said that our order was delivered and it never was. I had to leave out my house being very tired from traveling because of horrible customers service. This is Locust grove Georgia location. I will never go to that location again.”
“I called Pizza Hut yesterday 29/7/2024 to place an order at 6pm. There was an issue with getting my half and half toppings. Then the guy checked with a ‘manager’ and said that we can get it, this was after about 15 mins on call and just before the order was confirmed the call disconnected for some reason. Then I called from my number 771326119 and I had to spend another 10-15 mins telling this new guy that the toppings issue was already discussed and the call dropped so to confirm the order and send it. Order was placed and then we ended the call. I get a call back 15 mins later from Pizza Hut to say that the order can’t be sent cuz the outlet can’t do it??! This was now about 1 hour in total and I was furious, no Pizza, not even the order placed when the policy is to deliver in 30! What a joke!
I requested to raise a formal complaint and speak to a manager or complaint handler. He then went to speak to a ‘manager’ again and I spoke with Rezan or Reezan or someone who apologized for the delay that was already caused and he’ll confirm the order and send it asap, ASAP. It was now 8pm, 2 hours after, I called Pizza Hut, they said my order has been cancelled!? It’s been 2 god damn hours!!
I requested for another formal complaint and requested for compensation for wasting my time!
My order was finally on the way to me, 2+ hours after.
I called back today because I missed a call from them. Despite the whole mess yesterday and me specifically asking to raise a formal complaint, the call handler today had no clue about it and wanted me to repeat all these once again! Means they lied to me yesterday when they said they raised a formal complaint on behalf of me!
I expect some kind of compensation for the really poor service provided and for wasting my time!”
“The customer service was horrible and the manager yelled at the woman I was with because she asked why do you have to pay before we get our food instead of explaining it more professionally. We were eating inside no one came over to assist or anything and the employee was very rude as well. No ice and only bottle drinks. Opelika Al needs to be retrained on customer service for sure.”
“The triple crown pizza handcrafted was terrible.I wasn’t able to fi and there were a few pieces of green peppers 6 pieces of mushrooms over the hold 14 inch pizza! Very little mozzarella cheese.The 5 dollar pizza that was a promotion of green pepper , black olives— need a magnifying glass to see any ingredients. Order from the Pizza Hut years ago but this will be the last time I ever order this franchise again! And I will make an effort to spread the same opinion. “on July, 23,2024 I spent $72.06 for 2 pizzas and 2 order of wings. the food was never deliver and the when you call the number you would get the Pizza Hut Call center which the call center employees kept transferring me to the store which no one answer the phone and a couple time the call center employee hung up the phone on me. “Place a 8 pizza order multiple times a year online from my home in Florida for a client's team in Indiana. Last time Pizza Hut's online platform was down. That required me to order it direct with the local Pizza Hut. Then corporate refused to honor my receipt for rewards points. All because I put the customers number on the order instead of mine. It shows me Pizza Hut puts zero value on customer loyalty. So, I will no longer do business at Pizza Hut, because of their corporate low level of customer service.”

“I ordered from online. Went in it was super busy. Asked her if she received my order she said no. I says but it pulled the money and it's pending. She's like I'm telling you I didn't receive your order it's not in my system. She seemed to be more preoccupied with the people behind me trying to get into the restaurant to have a sit-down food experience.
