“Wow had a craving today after work haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in two years because of my last experience 😣 decided to give another try .I hate I did I ordered online the website is horrible it glitched over four times finally ordered the time of pick up was accurate but the food tasted horrible the presentation was neat but cheese looked fake hardly any cheese or sauce I asked for a pan pizza it was hand tossed smh do they even have pan anymore? This also what they gave me my last visit smh I'm so disappointed in this pizza chain I remember my uncle would pack us up in his van when we were younger and we'd go to Pizza Hut and dine in those good experiences are far gone the pizza is horrible now taste and feel like a cardboard box.i ordered a BBQ beef and a super supreme pizza both were horrible no taste no melted cheese just horrible I'm never going back the waitress was very nice I ordered in West Palm Beach FL on Okeechobee Street in the Dollar tree plaza”
“I placed my order at 5:45 and pizza was to be ready at 6:15 and a friend was picking it up.
She arrived to get it and it hadn’t even been started. 1hour later she walked out with the order and still had a missing item. she said there were only 3 people working and no one really seemed to care.
Tonight I felt I could leave a calm review and the local Pizza Hut website won’t even let me put in a date or location. Pizza Hut Keith Street Cleveland TN

“The outlets have a shortage of staff so service is non existent. The food is overpriced. A regular pizza costs $30 and a prawn aglio olio cost $18. Not only is it expensive, the regular pizza is small and has very little toppings. The spaghetti although tastes quite good, the portion is literally 3 mouthfuls.
Unless they have promotions like 1-1 pizzas, etc, I wouldn’t eat at Pizza Hut again. Even the takeaway pizzas, they very often get it wrong. Instead of the pan pizza, they give you the thin and crispy which tastes terrible.”
“My wife, my son, and I almost always come to Pizza Hot in Coral Gables and the service from everyone is spectacular, especially Mrs. Mayted Noriega, who at one time was transferred to another store and we always ask about her since her service is unique. Congratulations.”
“I thought I would give Pizza Hut a chance again. Well nothing has changed worse than the last one I bought, hardly any ingredients on the pizza very few pieces of hamburger, or pepperoni. Definitely not worth $23.00 for a Supreme nothing Supreme about it.”
“I put in an order over the phone. Of course there’s a call center. The lady put in the wrong address. I have been trying to reach there store for concerns for over an hour. No one will pick up. The worst customer service. I can’t even receive help on an order I put in hours ago because they don’t pick up their phone.”
“Ordered 2 of the Medium Pan pizzas. Very disappointed, neither of the had any of the oil to crisp the bottom of the crust. Not sure if they discontinued the oil or this place just didn't do it. Either way it was a big let down. That was the one thing that made them a step above. I cannot see any reason to go back. I will just switch to Jets Pizza. They have a very nice crispy crust pan pizza, like Pizza hut used to. Very disappointed.”
“We have ordered from Pizza Hut six times in the last 12 days spending over $150 on all occasions the orders were incorrect. Try to reach out to customer service get hung up on try to reach out to the store same thing or they just don’t answer The order taker has difficulty communicating with the English language and understanding I order pan pizza and I get hand tossed, Pizza Hut has really gone down the drain. They don’t care about customer service. They don’t replace the orders. They don’t answer the phone and you do call to complain you get hung up on. I would not waste my money any longer at Pizza Hut. I emailed customer service and they have not responded. Pizza Hut blows”

“Worst store ever, ordered pizza at 8pm on the app took my money and never came. Kept saying it was being delivered on the app then disappeared. Tired to call multiple times to get it corrected never answered or just hung up the phone.”
“Made an order for delivery and they gave an eta of 65 mins. It took me a long time to get ahold of someone at the store and I was told after an hour and a half that my order wasn’t made yet and that they didn’t know when it will be made. Requested to speak with a manager and they just put me on hold for over 12 mins and I got tired and I had to hung up. Worst service if they don’t change management this store will lose alot of customer.”
