“Ordered $55.31 worth of food on 6/10/2025, when food arrived was extremely burnt, missing items to my order. Called store, sent to a call center was transferred back to store. Waited on the phone an hour and a half, no answer. Contacted corporate on 6/27/2025 and was told management would be in touch with me in three days now we are at July 7 and still no contact from management. This pizza hut on Curry Ford Road in Orlando Florida is absolutely terrible and they like to ignore customers out of state visiting and take their money.”
“So I'm only giving a 2 because the girl that served us was great and the pizza tasted good. But no where near 42 buck for 2 drinks 6 wings and one pizza. We could have went to a buffet for that price. I've always wondered why Pizza Hut was going down. I hadn't been there in about 5 years Now. But I know why now they are over priced and the pep lover didn't even have much pepperoni to even call it a pepperoni lovers. Will not be going back at all i can go other places for cheaper.”

“I ordered around 9:34 p.m. my food was just delivered at 10:50 that's 10 minutes til closing. I called to inquire about my order and a black guy answered the phone stating they only had one driver and hung up in my face. They could have reached out to me to notify me therefore i could have decided if i wanted to pick my order up. I also tipped the driver on top of my order being 66.00. I am very disappointed I will be calling the store manager and corporate tomorrow. I should have listened to my husband and ordered dominoes at least i have never experienced anything like this. My personal pan pizza was smashed. all the toppings is stuck to the lid.”
“Will never order from Pizza Hut again . It was so bad and the cheese sticks were not cooked all the way. It’s not like it used to be . The deliver guy they sent gave me the creeps . Wanted me to stand by the door while he confirmed the ordered was delivered.”
“Ordered delivery and they forgot my pops and the pizza was wrong. Only thing right was the wings. Pizza was soggy and tasteless and when I called asking for my money returned on the pops, which were not delivered they said they could give me store credit. As I am not planning on going back, store credit doesn’t do me much good.”
“The food was really good except don't try the French fries. They were hard as a rrock.The service was amazing for the first time very I didn't have to wait for my food.”
