“This place is run by racists who hate Latinos. If you are brown, stay far away from this store. Also, when my delivery driver asked them where my drinks were, they said they didn’t have any and they didn’t care, and that he needed to leave (he was also Latino). So now I’m out $10.47 because they didn’t include the drinks I paid for.”
“How awful this experience was. First order was cancelled but the app showed it in the oven with a delivery time. Second order to replace the cancelled order is turned over to DoorDash and is cold and took over an hour to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. Pizza Hut will not be enjoying my business anymore”
“I recently had a bad experience with pizza hut and found out that it is impossible to reach customer service or the restaurant. The local restaurant does not answer the phone (listened to a recording for hours before giving up), and customer service does not take calls either. Customer service will direct you to their website, in which they state that they will call you back, but the app and website will not allow you to update your phone number or email from what it was when the account was created. I really don't see the point in the restaurant having a phone if no one answers it. It also seems pointless to provide a customer service phone number if there is no customer service.”
“I called in for the pick any two for 7 dollars and they charge me 10 dollars a pizza. Ordered the medium pizza 2 topping showed them the email from pizza hut and she shrugged her shoulders and would not honor the 7 dollar deal.”
“I like the pizza but the delivery, tracking and order experience suck. I have the app but it tells me the login is wrong. I change password but it tells me that login is already taken. I ordered a pizza and wings today but only the pizza comes. No options or warning. The tracking is not really tracking, it just tells you what time but never adjusts and is never on time. I’ve tried to make it work with Pizza Hut but simply done now. Too many other choices!”

I tried canceling over the phone, app, website, everything and it's impossible. So, now I have to pay for 2 pizzas that I won't get because Pizza Hut sucks. “I would give this a zero rating if I could. Last Friday night, I thought I had placed an order via my computer. Got to Pizza Hut around 6 pm. Went inside and told the girl working the counter I had placed an order online. She couldn't find my order and said, did you make sure it's this location? Sometimes it defaults to another location. So I went outside to my car and checked my phone. No pizza hut order confirmation in my email. So sitting in my car, I placed another order. Now it said it would be ready in about 25 minutes. I ran to CVS to waste some time. Came back about 15-20 minutes later, went inside, and again told the girl I had placed an online order. She said she couldn't find my order...again. So I went back outside to my car to get my cell phone and show her my order was placed. When I got back inside the Pizza Hut, she said I found your order. It was on another system. So then she tells me, I am number 84 and they are on 73. So I went back outside to sit in my car and wait. This whole time the front area of this location was full of people. About 10 minutes later, I go back inside. I find a seat directly across from the front counter. I see this girl helping people, telling people she's sorry, that Friday nights are really busy, etc. etc. I am sitting about 3 feet from where she is helping people. She can see me. I sit there for about 20 minutes, maybe 25 minutes and she finally looks at me and said, when you walked out the last time I cancelled your order. I was absolutely dumbfounded. I have been sitting there, she can see me. She let me sit there for 20-25 minutes without telling me she had cancelled my order. I have now been at this location for over an hour. I was beyond livid. All I could do was walk out before I said something I might regret. I will NEVER go to this location again. If I didn't love Pizza Hut pizza so much, I might not ever order another pizza from them again. I hope her manager sees this review. I hope the franchise owner sees this review. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had the displeasure of going thru. There was no reason for it except to be mean, or whatever she was doing. There was no reason to let me sit there the entire time, watching her help other people, and she couldn't tell me I was sitting there for no reason! I left there, composed myself, ordered from Marcos Pizza and picked it up in 10 minutes. This location on Tezel is the worst and that girl who was working that night needs some customer service training.”
