“I ordered the $30 delivered meal deal =$33:33 after 90 minutes I called the store no answer rang several times finally got them on the phone asked to talk to the manager and the guy hung up. I then went to the store at Gunghalin ACT and the manager couldn’t be bothered to talk to me despite me showing him the money was out of my account left me with a worker who told me to call customer care they were unhelpful and didn’t care despite me showing them the proof I had made the purchase”
“My order showed as delivered after 40 mins but I had not received it. So I spent the next 50 mins trying to call the hut but they didn't pick up. I went to the hut and could hear the phone ringing from out side but still they don't answer my call. When I went in they tried to give me the food that is now over an hour old and refuse me a refund when I wouldn't accept the old food. I now have paid £39.99 for nothing and the kids didn't get there pizza. STAY AWAY DONT USE SPECIALLY IF YOU DONT WANT TO DISSAPOINT THE KIDS”

Not only have I paid and waited for food, to be called when delivery was expected and then told you can't fulfill my order as you don't deliver to me, because of an error on your website, leaving me with no money too order more food for my at the time starving family. I have then had to chase you to raise a complaint to get my money refunded too me, as the shop had told me they hadn't taken the money, I have then had to wait a week to get you to agree to refund my money, another few days til its refunded on my card...
And not even an offer of a gesture of goodwill....disgusting customer service”
“I ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut in Kodak, TN I ordered a surpreme pizza and said no mushrooms my husband is allergic. When the pizza got here it looked like they had put three hand fulls of mushrooms on the pizza.
I called the store back, and advised them of their mistake and asked for it to be replaced. They told me that it would be another hour to wait. I said I was not going to wait another hour. It was there mistake. They said if I came down there that it would be 15 minutes. I told them I could not drive due to having surgery on my foot. Then I told them that my husband was coming down to get the pizza that I ordered ready and I was told no. My husband drove me down there and this girl came out and i asked her if this pizza will not have mushroom. She said I should have told them that my husband was allergic. I said I did. She again said to me that I should tell them so they could use a clean knife. Again I said i did. I then said that maybe she should tell her employees to listen better because she could have put my husband in the hospital or worse in the morgue. i was then told that I did not need to talk to her that way. I never recived an appology or they never took responsibility of their mistake.
I will admit that i did irrate and mouithed off, but what would you do, take a change of loosing your spouse over their mistake?

“Edenton NC location - Pizza was terrible. The crust tasted like cardboard. I ordered a veggie pizza and there was hardly any veggies, just a bunch of sauce.. Customer service was the same. A rather large woman in the drive-thru was very rude and tried to grab my credit card without saying anything. I should be greeted and told how much the total is first, and then WAIT until I hand over payment. I will never be going back. I wish Mellow Mushroom would take its place. They have wider variety of delicious eats, healthier options, it taste so much better, they deliver and their food is organic.”

“Not told about card only payment either when booking, arriving or ordering, not allowed to order fries, ribs are off the menu, no pizzas smaller than the individual size which I think was 11” and too big for half of our diners, told we can only have 1 menu per table but since there were 9 of us we’d already been given a second one and they have to print them out now (1 a4 sheet - not hard) told to look on app, can’t use app no smartphone, sauces not labelled on app, no one sanitising the drinks machine or salad tongs and no sanitiser or disposable cutlery available as an option, no starters anymore just sides, only 2 pastas now, no healthier options like grilled chicken anymore, nothing really unless you have a big pizza, Mac & cheese or lasagne, no pizza topped chicken anymore and no potato wedges”
“I currently have 4 phones trying to call into the store to try and place a phone order. I have been trying since 7pm. it has been exactly 42 minutes. not only do they NOT answer their phones, They answer, and then put you back on hold. in case you are wondering, the dry rub is not available in all locations. I have heard that over 262 times. If you want a reason for someone to LEAVE the Pizza Hut Family, THIS is the best way to do it. I am about to order from an exceptionally expensive pizza place that is a block away from my apartment. THIS IS REDICULOUS. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! now it's 50 minutes. I am so disgusted by this. “Went to stratford_upon Avon.It was my treat for my gransons 4th birthday.There were 3 adults 3 children .Children under 6.one in high chair.We had to zap QR code to order.Then do all on line.We all wanted something different so took ages to order by which time kids were hungry.I dont mind but there were waiteress everywhere.Why oh why could they not take our order.Or do what mcdonalds and have a big board up .Will definitely not be going back.”
