“We have ordered from Pizza Hut six times in the last 12 days spending over $150 on all occasions the orders were incorrect. Try to reach out to customer service get hung up on try to reach out to the store same thing or they just don’t answer The order taker has difficulty communicating with the English language and understanding I order pan pizza and I get hand tossed, Pizza Hut has really gone down the drain. They don’t care about customer service. They don’t replace the orders. They don’t answer the phone and you do call to complain you get hung up on. I would not waste my money any longer at Pizza Hut. I emailed customer service and they have not responded. Pizza Hut blows”

“Made an order for delivery and they gave an eta of 65 mins. It took me a long time to get ahold of someone at the store and I was told after an hour and a half that my order wasn’t made yet and that they didn’t know when it will be made. Requested to speak with a manager and they just put me on hold for over 12 mins and I got tired and I had to hung up. Worst service if they don’t change management this store will lose alot of customer.”

“Initially, the dining room is supposed to be open until 10 pm, but yesterday, Sunday, March 2nd, at about 8 pm, all the tables were already broken down, clean, and the chairs over the tables; just the salad bar still available.
Because it was Sunday in Ashtabula, it was decided to eat something there. The girl who attended us told us the salad bar cost is $3.99, originally per trip, including the meal bar that was already closed and broken down (which is so costly/expensive, especially for the small plates they offer available there) but we can still do it if we want (she did not specify that still charging per trip). In the end, she tried to overcharge us for a supposedly extra trip that the other person did not make.
The service is so bad, especially considering that there were about 5 people working at that time, and no more customers there.
At least, the SuperSupreme thin crust pizza was more than OK.”
