“I ordered online. It was not clear that the location in Pharr, TX on Cage Ave. was having a third party doing its delivery. On top of this I ordered a soda. Not only did they not have a Coke or Pepsi diet or regular they did not refund the money they charge me for the soda. I had the pizza delivered. Between the delivery fee and tip it was over 10 dollars. I had an injured leg and could not drive so I ordered delivery. I was told by the manager, Maria I would have to drive to the store to get the refund for the missing soda. They should have called before charging me for soda they did not have. I contacted corporate and was told they would have someone call me to resolve the issue. No one called. Last time I order from the Pizza Hut on Cage, in Pharr TX. Beware”
“A couple months ago, I ordered a few pizzas. I ordered meat lovers, cheese and chicken. I DO NOT eat onions or bell peppers. When i got my order, they ALL HAD onions and bell peppers. Told the manager i was allergic to onions. He remade my order. STILL had onions on them. He said he would give me a store credit for messing up my order. No credit was given. Well, Ms Tera, the GM, took care of me. Remade my order correctly. And didnβt charge me for it! Shout out to Ms Tera. Thatβs how you keep your customers. I will be back! Thank you Ms Tera”
“I stopped by Pizza Hut last week and ordered the same thing that they had advertised on the window a large hot lovers Pizza for today I go back it's Monday and Willie knows nothing about it he can't find it in the computer so that means I can't order it even though there's a damn sign on the window advertising these large Hot lover pizzas for $12.99 to make it even worse he calls the manager the manager tells him if it's not in the computer we can't offer it. Then why do you have the big ass sign in the window if you can't order it. So I said you don't know how to override the price or give me a coupon deal or something I came all the way down here to get a pizza and now I can't get it because it's not in your computer system but the big ass sign is on the window. So then there's another sign it says new crafted flats $5 choose from five different recipes they have one that is a supreme I ordered it without the vegetables I couldn't do that I don't know why but I guess these employees need to be retrained if they were trained in the first place. So I drove in the rain to get a pizza and these people don't care so I hope their business fails I hope they go out of business cuz they don't know how to treat people who keep them open because they spend their money here. And the general manager's name is Tom Eltahir. So I guess he doesn't care about his customers either all they care about is making money and f*** the customer.”
“Ordered 2 pizzas and bread and didn't get them I called some one said there manger was in a meeting lies pizza hut did not meat my needs so I would advise no person to eat there they don't do there job I would not work for pizza hut anyway the orders are not correct horrible place to work for or order food”
“I will never order from Pizza Hut again. It is so hard to talk to the pizza hut in Lehighton pa. I was on hold fro 15 minutes and tired and hung up. I ordered a crafted flat ultimate and never received it. Tried to call but like I said I was on hold for 15 minutes. Very disappointed with Pizza Hut. I will be ordering from Dominos for now on. Screw Pizza Hut they will not be getting my business and I will tell all my friends not to order from Pizza Hut in Lehighton pa”
“5 stars for one of the most delicious pizzas I've had in so long from Pizza Hut last night from the Roxy branch.
Pizza was on time and delivery was efficient and not to mention taste.

“Christina at Scalp Avenue Johnstown store apparently does not know anything about good customer service. Ended up taking wrong pizza home at higher price than expected and 20 minutes longer. Unhappy!”
