The local restaurant does not answer the phone (listened to a recording for hours before giving up), and customer service does not take calls either. Customer service will direct you to their website, in which they state that they will call you back, but the app and website will not allow you to update your phone number or email from what it was when the account was created. I really don't see the point in the restaurant having a phone if no one answers it. It also seems pointless to provide a customer service phone number if there is no customer service.”
