It took over an hour to get my food. It was not hot. I paid 70 dollars for a large pizza 24 boneless wings and spaghetti with meat sauce and bread sticks. That seemed like a lot and then to get it delivered late and not hot was a huge disappointment.”
“I ordered a large pie with 3 toppings for 16.99 online and it would not let me finish the order. I then called Pizza Hut to order my pie and told the employee what happened. I told her specifically that the pie is 16.99 before I placed my order.She did not say I can’t get the pizza for the app price.When I got there the manager said he can’t change it so I paid the full price.What a big disappointment after I first used the app.”

“We ordered $50 worth of food and when it got here the driver was very rude, we opened the pizza one of the looked like it was dropped, I have a picture, called the store and the so called “manager” I spoke to wanted to remake the pizza and send it out to us, I said no thank you. Remake it for them to spit in it or do something else to it No thank you, I asked for a credit and was told she can’t do a credit and then she hung up on me.”
“I don't understand why they're call it a free pizza with your rewards but you still have to order food totaling $14 which ends up being $21 but yet the delivery person doesn't get it which makes no sense if they are using their own vehicle. Sometimes they don't have delivery anyways and in my opinion this place is going down so Mr. Gattis here I come.”

“Always late for buffet. Came here from 11:00 to 12:00 no food. Paid for buffet only eat salad 1:00 stilll no food on buffet. Buffet ends 1:30 full of people waiting on buffet no food on buffet only salad bar to eat but charge for buffet and expecting tip.”

I ordered the Pepperoni lover, my husband laughed because it had 2 slices of pepperoni on it, he said double pepperoni and a medium three topping pizza that was more like a burnt cracker.
