“The UV lights arrived safely. Poor instructions for use--both in packaging and on website. The lights FLOAT. How to get them to stay down on bottom of pond? The tiny-print paper inside says to put the light inside a filter??!! Never have seen a filter to fit that long bulb. For now, I slid them inside the holes in a cinder block. Not a great solution. Hope the lights do not kill my fish. Follow-up, 2 weeks in: These lights are fantastic! After my old UV lights died, my two fish ponds looked like pea soup. After only a couple days, the water began to clear. Now, 2 weeks in, it is crystal clear. I only have to change my filters every 4-5 days. These lights are not only much less expensive, they are far more effective than 2 other UV lights I've purchased. Even though they float, I would recommend them. I do hope play-it-koi will find a way to sell weights that might be installed at one end so the light stays under water.”

“I received the pond potting soil in a timely fashion. It took almost a week to receive the plants and pots. The help and advice I received from Derek was superb. I just placed to Water Lilies and Water Hyacinth in the pond and followed the instructions that Derek emailed. All looks good so far.”

“Well I'll tell ya like this. 1. I AM AN IDIOT! Also 1. PLAY IT KOI CARES ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS! I messed up 3 orders 13 different ways, and the fine folks helped me get my mess straight before quick could get ready. Big shout out to Kelly and Ben who contacted me on a SUNDAY! “Overall very impressed with my experience with Play-It-Koi. I found their website online when I was quickly finding that I couldn't locate any Retail Businesses in Minnesota within 200 miles of us that sold Pond Plants & found they overall had a 4.8 Rating. My husband & I replaced our liner in our Medium Sized Pond & rebuildt the structure of the pond and wanted to submerge plants in our refreshed pond & add plants to our pond's ledges to create a healthier pond environment which is enjoyed by the local frogs. I received my order for all Hardy Pond bare root plants within a week of placing my order & they arrived 1 day earlier then their Estimated Delivery Date. All the plants arrived wet & healthy with a good to great established root system. I'm especially looking forward to seeing & smelling the lemony bloom on the Texas Dawn Yellow Hardy Waterlily. I planted the Blue Pickerel in a resin half barrel whiskey barrel & hoping that will keep it under control! Also, to my surprise, I ordered 8 Blue Flag Iris Versicolors & received 12; a bonus of receiving 4 extra irises. Thank you, Play-It-Koi! Now, we'll see if they can winter over in our Zone 3b Minnesotan Winter...”
