“My whole experience with this company was a pleasure. Ordering was easy and when they could not fill one of my orders I was contacted by Kelly and offered another product at the same price. The order was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. As most of my order was for live plants and I have just received them I am unable to give an update, but they were all in good condition on arrival. Thank you Play it Koi for good service.”

“I ordered the Oase FiltoClear 8000 and received free shipping. This is the 2nd one I have had in my pond. The first one came in parts and was a bear to get the top secured. To my great surprise, this one came fully assembled and I really appreciated that. I installed it and it works just great. 2 days later the water was totally clear. I like to support local vendors, but there are none in my area for pond supplies. So knowing you are a small business, I will support you.”
