“I searched online for replacement parts for my koi filter system. Play It Koi’s website came up and I explored their products. I was reluctant to purchase at first without first confirming I was actually purchasing the correct part(s). I contacted Play It Koi via phone. Someone actually answered, which was wonderful to speak to a human being and problem solve the parts. I purchased two parts from Play It Koi. I appreciated the phone information. I appreciated their website which was easy to navigate and had pictures and reference areas. I also appreciated the emails confirming my shipment information. I will utilize Play It Koi in the future and appreciate it!!”

“Products received quick and packaged well!! Can’t wait to try the koi kibbles on my koi fish this summer! And excited to try using the spring feed wheat germ pellets too. I’m sure they will make a difference in just using stock Petco (sorry but it’s what is available in area) Tetra products. Thanks for such a quick delivery!! “All OK but one minor glitch. The handle (used for stirring when backwashing) we have for the filter lid (Pondmax PF750) didn't fit the replacement lid we received. The fitting has changed, it's now square instead of circular with teeth. Not a huge issue, by wrapping electrical tape around the new fitting, I could get the handle to go on. But it would be nice to have a handle that fit correctly..”

“Gotta Play It Koi, Everything arrived in perfect shape! All green, great roots, good size, still wet. 47 hours from the time I ordered! They are all happily floating in the pond with some shade to acclimate gently to our full sun, 1000 gallon, Central California Coast pond. I snapped some pics, don't you worry. Thank you SO much!
