“We purchased several items from PIK including an EasyPod Automatic. The instructions for this unit were contradictory and incomplete but PIK responded within minutes (on a Sunday) with the correct information and had our new pond up and running in no time. “Thank you so much for my koi filter. I live in Portland oregon and with the ice storm and 5 days of no electricity I'm afraid I have a mess on my hands. My old filter froze that I bought from you and have to replace. My pond is still frozen so have no idea of yet how my kol are. I have had 3 of them over 25 years so many times I look out there and start crying again. I will most likely have to start over. Mother Nature is very cruel some times. I have the pond 30 years and never such a terrible winter with ice. Thanks again. Linda Carolus”

“PlayitKoi has become my go to place for anything I might need for my fish. My koi pond needed repairs a few weeks ago, in the middle of winter! I was really worried about where I could get what I needed. Then I remembered this business I had ordered from a couple of years ago. I checked their website and sure enough, they had what I needed!! Delivery was fast thank goodness because I had my fish in a holding tank! I’m very pleased with PlayitKoi!!”

“The product I purchased was sinking pellets for my fish who do not take well to the floating pellets. I was excited to find this product by Play It Koi that does exactly what it states. My product did experience a slight delay, but nothing that was incredibly inconvenient, and I ordered just before the holidays. I will purchase from these guys again.”

“Well, it was extremely easy to place the order and I got exactly what I was hoping to get. The brand I needed Pond Max, 55 W UVC bulb. They were such a nice price and packaged to the max and got here in great condition in an extremely timely fashion. Of course, I will use Play It Koi again. Great service!”
