“The Play It Koi team continues to exceed my expectations. Their recommendation to use beneficial bacteria to clean the cloudy water has given us a crystal clear pond! Another time, a bottle of flocculant appeared to have been opened. When we got home and noticed this I contacted Ben, who apologized and immediately made it right. Also, I love the fact that I can pick up my orders whenever I’m in the area- Uber convenient. 👍”

“Bought a fantastic pond filter awhile back and it's been operating like a swiss watch! A 4-5 step process for cleaning it once a week, with just a flip of the multiport valve to different settings with the pump on and it's done in 7-8 minutes. Such a time saver. Ben has been absolutely there for me with all my very basic (and ignorant) questions about the filter. I'd highly recommend them. An honest and helpful company with many great products.”

“Play It Koi saves me again. My pond is in Kona, Hawaii. You just can't go down town and buy a decent air pump. After shopping the internet thoroughly there was the best price and USPS low cost delivery being offered by Play It Koi..
