“My experience with Play it Koi was enjoyable. PIK was informative and the website easy to navigate. My supplies arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately my plants were delayed in route and didnt arrive for 6 days.”

“My saved credit card was canceled due to a fraud charge so I got notification from Playitkoi, I put the new credit card in and hit order. I thus received a duplicate annual subscription order. While I will use it, I wasn't expecting a duplicate at this time. When you change your credit card on a subscription, don't select order.”

“After a purchase they blast you with multiple sales emails and apparently they don’t pay attention when you “unsubscribe”. I’ve unsubscribed multiple times and got another email yet again. So, if you want to get blasted with emails from a business that won’t listen, purchase from Play it Koi.”
