“My plants were carefully packaged and they arrived in excellent condition. They are the healthiest plants I have ever received by mail order. They may be bare root but they are very healthy specimens that should adjust to their new home very quickly.”

“We can only give feedback concerning the shipping and handling of our plants. The order was received very quickly. The plants were alive and well when arrived. We planted the cattails the next day in large pots that nestle into the shallow end of our pond. Mostly in the sun. It’s been a few weeks now and hopefully the plants will survive the fall/winter and show up again next year. Fingers crossed!”

“Ben and staff provided excellent advice and recommendations for floating and non-floating plants, as well as basic pond start-up materials. Good assortment of same. Super helpful with understanding types and choosing from a beautiful assortment of imported Japanese koi. (Of course, you have to be there before they are all scooped up...) Small business with great services!!”

“Great customer service. Order arrived promptly but unfortunately had been damaged during shipping and product had leaked out. I emailed them and they send out a replacement immediately and I received it 2 days later. Will definitely use again.”

“Derek was very helpful curing our koi after we had just bought them for our newly built pond. They stopped flashing and their scales grew back. I would highly recommend using them to anyone. They shipped stuff right away to Tallahassee. Will be a regular customer with them.”
