“I ordered a replacement UV bulb online for my pond filter, to be shipped to my house as we currently have limited pond supply outlets in my area. . It came “packaged to the max” for safe travels via UPS. I appreciate that! I believe it was shipped either the day I ordered it online or the next day. Arrived in about 2 business days. Perfect! This is the second time I have ordered online from Play It Koi. First time was for replacement outdoor lighting which was also a pleasant frustration-free experience.”

“Very impressed with this company and their customer service. We ordered the same product days apart (late decision to add another), and we received a call from them to make sure we wanted to purchase the same product again. I appreciate their attention to detail. The product was a great solution to help correct our algae/bio issue and get us on the right maintenance track again. “Every item I have ordered from Play it Koi has always meet my expectations and are always packaged very well!!! The 2” rubber elbows are exactly what I needed & as well as the 4” to 2” rubber reducer with clamps!!! I could not find this item at my local home builder businesses nor on Amazon. Play it Koi has been my go to company for a few years now and it will continue to be so!! Thank you Play it Koi to make my new koi pond upgrade build that much easier!! 5 out of 5 stars for Price, Timing of shipment and especially the Quality of the products ordered! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I ordered some pond plants. They came very quickly. They were packed appropriately and were still moist. One of the floating plants had broken from its roots, I was concerned and emailed about it, they replied right away and let me know it was not uncommon and the plant should be ok. I appreciate there prompt communication. Thanks”
