“I am so impressed and thrilled with the lotus tubers that I ordered from you! They were beautiful tubers, healthy and quite large. Once planted they started to sprout withiin two days! I was totally amazed. I have never had lotus come up that quickly and it is obvious that they were excellent sgock!”

“The pond liner and underlayment arrived safey. I'd love to earn more points, but unfortunately, we still have it in the box because we are re-doing our entire pond to accomodate 3 new beautiful medium koi we were gifted. Our little pond was originaly designed to be a goldfish pond. It had about 12 walmart goldfish in it. All of them died except one, and it turned out to be a birth-season koi! By its 2nd year, we saw the whiskers and knew what we had. I'd had a large koi pond many years ago and have missed it terribly, so when the opportunity came to get three new koi for FREE, I couldn't turn it down. They were much larger than expected and we knew the pond wouldn't support them, hence the make-over. They are space challenged for sure, but they all are doing well so far, with a 2-tiered waterfall system filtering and oxygenating the water, and a board over half of it for shade. I will definately send pics when it's completed.”

“Hi Ben & company, Our plants arrived in good condition due to excellent packaging. We have a greenhouse dome with a 1200 gallon water tank used to dampen swings in air temperature. This water tank is now the home for our bog plants. We will be ordering more.”

Hi Bradley, Thanks so much for the kind review! As a best practice, when introducing new food to your koi, it's best to mix the old food with the new one for about a week. Even though koi can seem like pigs, transitioning gradually helps them adjust better to the new food. Switching abruptly can be tough on them, so a gradual introduction is always recommended. “Recently, my Pond Max color changing lights went flashing and then off(after?5 years or so). Ben was super helpful in assisting with problem solving. A++ for customer service! It was the controller. I upgraded and added a light sensor and changed some bulbs. Thanks!!”
