Disgusting. Rang at 08:30 and was told the person was due to arrive before 12pm. Was called at 11:45 to say this would be delayed until 14:00. Asked to speak to the manager who spoke incredibly rudely and unprofessionally. Upon questioning the delay, he decided to throw his toys out the pram, cancel the job and hang up the phone. How pathetic.

Initial contact with to me an emergency of no hot water and no heating - there was no guarantee of an engineer attending today! Gave me a time slot, but could not confirm I would see an engineer today! Useless to me!

The engineer did not turn up when expected, Did not complete the work and let the boiler still leaking., did not leave any information about any faults found and overcharged from original estimate. Also he was not a local engineer. The company did not leave a method of contacting and when emailing a complain to the enquiries address failed to respond. I called out a local engineer who completed the work to a good standard for half the cost plumbing force charged for an unfinished job.

I first wrote a review that was posted 3 months ago. My CC Co has just reimbursed my payment to these Cowboys after they constantlyrefused to answer my complaint via e mail or telephone about a faulty diagnosis re my Central heating. Absolutely sums this Co up. Do not use them & read the reviews.... whoever is suggesting they are 5 star must be on another planet. ABSOLUTE COWBOYS.

The plumber has yet to show up despite 2 emails and phone calls. I was told the plumber would attend on two separate occasions and has failed to turn up and puts the house call back to another day. We have a leaky toilet and still waiting for a plumber! Bad service, use someone else.

On the day that I requested an engineer I was told they would be here between 1 and 4 got a phone call to say they were held up so would come tomorrow between 9 and 1. Day 2, received got held up call again so would be there between 1 and 4, then got another got held up call and they would be here between 9 and 1 tomorrow deffinitely. Day 3 12.30 another call they wil be with me by 1pm 1.30 they arrived. Did not do job cut gas off said I would get 10% off for trouble but DID NOT would not recommend this firm will be seeking advice on what I had to pay out for waiting 3 days and having nothing done. And not honouring the agreement. Ombudsman next stop

Useless. Over a 2 day period 1st call - running late 2nd call - still running late, not able to visit till tomorrow. 3rd call - can't be at address by agreed time 4th call - canceled again 5th call (from me) FORGET IT. I dont need companies like this.

Telephone arrogance. The man that answered the phone talked over, rushed and had zero interest in engaging a potential customer. Training or hiring people who understand customer psychology and who knows how to validate with empathy would prove to grow their business.

My condensate pump was leaking so PlumbingFarce sent someone out. He took it apart, put it back together and that was that. Put our heating back on - condensate pump was still leaking! Called them to ask for the same plumber to come out and was told we'd be charged again! I couldn't understand why as the initial problem hadn't been fixed! In the end we sorted it out ourselves and low and behold the condensate pump actually needed replacing. I've been attempting to contact them since January to obtain a refund as I don't feel we received the service we paid for and they basically keep copying and pasting the same email to me to say I'm not due a refund. I've given them my telephone number as I'd really like to discuss this with someone but they're not interested. Such a cowboy company, absolutely gutted as I feel we have been robbed

I have still not heard back from you I was treated appallingly at Christmas my fire had broken I phoned plumbing force told them there was no instructions on my fire as British Gas had told me hours before when I made the appointment plumbing force told me it's not a problem they can fix it anyway they arrived promptly only to tell me they couldn't fix it as no instructions and charged me 140.00 and when I rang customer service they were rude and more or less told me to forget it I had no money to fix my fire snow on the ground this company is a rip off and I still have not had a reply to my lengthy complaint so here is my review

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Terrible on-site service followed up with even worse customer service. The job was half way done and the engineer left with an unprofessional recommendation. I requested a refund but after several weeks of delayed decision making, I got nothing back. On top of this, the customer service started shouting at me and was extremely rude!

Never showed up took over £100 on payment, when I phoned they were very defensive and said it will take up to 3-5 days to get the money back into my account. FRAUDSTERS!! AVOID THEM!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Didn't fix or even diagnose the problem in the first hour and hit me with a big bill regardless. Took every opportunity to delay getting to the actual issue and then got very confrontational when asked to estimate time it may take to find/fix the problem. I've been left over £100 out of pocket and without the problem having been solved as a result. Their customer service team were equally unhelpful, confrontational and unwilling to discuss solving the issue. Do yourself a massive favour and go with someone else.

I called this morning for a call out as we had already been let down by 2 plumbers and the advert said same day service ,I was told a plumber would be with me between 10am and 2pm but at 2.10pm they phoned and said he was delayed so would be with me between 3pm and 6 which was ok as I was at home ,well then at 5pm the phone went again and they said no one would be with me today and could come tomorrow but that's no good as im back at work oh and then the man on the phone said they could come sat but once again that's no good as im working that day to so why advertise same day servive within a few hours if you can not honour this so I will never use this company again and I hope the money I paid up front is returned as well

plumbing force rapaired two heaters for my disabled father- when one stopped working again - I called back to discuss if the work was under warranty ( it wasn't as no parts had been supplied) spoke to a manager who was so rude- will never use them again and will be reporting further.

Billed me £500 for a Nest installation that should have been 1 hour. Then left exposed wires and it didn't then work. Terribly rude customer service and every day I call to speak to complaints they tell me to call back as they are on holiday - avoid like the plague!!!!

nobody showed up as arranged, very disappointing. Apparently they couldn't get through on my phone, which is fair enough but the lady on the other side of the line was not helpful at all. Email or text could have been used if they had to get in touch. We are now stuck and had to go to another company.

Useless.after after asking for an emergency plumber being told a plumber would be with us in 1 to 2 hours ,no plumber.after 3hours ,they phoned to say our plumber was delayed on another job but would be with us within an hour after 5 stil no plumber
