I have still not heard back from you I was treated appallingly at Christmas my fire had broken I phoned plumbing force told them there was no instructions on my fire as British Gas had told me hours before when I made the appointment plumbing force told me it's not a problem they can fix it anyway they arrived promptly only to tell me they couldn't fix it as no instructions and charged me 140.00 and when I rang customer service they were rude and more or less told me to forget it I had no money to fix my fire snow on the ground this company is a rip off and I still have not had a reply to my lengthy complaint so here is my review

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Terrible on-site service followed up with even worse customer service. The job was half way done and the engineer left with an unprofessional recommendation. I requested a refund but after several weeks of delayed decision making, I got nothing back. On top of this, the customer service started shouting at me and was extremely rude!

Never showed up took over £100 on payment, when I phoned they were very defensive and said it will take up to 3-5 days to get the money back into my account. FRAUDSTERS!! AVOID THEM!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Didn't fix or even diagnose the problem in the first hour and hit me with a big bill regardless. Took every opportunity to delay getting to the actual issue and then got very confrontational when asked to estimate time it may take to find/fix the problem. I've been left over £100 out of pocket and without the problem having been solved as a result. Their customer service team were equally unhelpful, confrontational and unwilling to discuss solving the issue. Do yourself a massive favour and go with someone else.

I called this morning for a call out as we had already been let down by 2 plumbers and the advert said same day service ,I was told a plumber would be with me between 10am and 2pm but at 2.10pm they phoned and said he was delayed so would be with me between 3pm and 6 which was ok as I was at home ,well then at 5pm the phone went again and they said no one would be with me today and could come tomorrow but that's no good as im back at work oh and then the man on the phone said they could come sat but once again that's no good as im working that day to so why advertise same day servive within a few hours if you can not honour this so I will never use this company again and I hope the money I paid up front is returned as well

plumbing force rapaired two heaters for my disabled father- when one stopped working again - I called back to discuss if the work was under warranty ( it wasn't as no parts had been supplied) spoke to a manager who was so rude- will never use them again and will be reporting further.

Billed me £500 for a Nest installation that should have been 1 hour. Then left exposed wires and it didn't then work. Terribly rude customer service and every day I call to speak to complaints they tell me to call back as they are on holiday - avoid like the plague!!!!

nobody showed up as arranged, very disappointing. Apparently they couldn't get through on my phone, which is fair enough but the lady on the other side of the line was not helpful at all. Email or text could have been used if they had to get in touch. We are now stuck and had to go to another company.

Useless.after after asking for an emergency plumber being told a plumber would be with us in 1 to 2 hours ,no plumber.after 3hours ,they phoned to say our plumber was delayed on another job but would be with us within an hour after 5 stil no plumber

Rang to notify a leak from under a kitchen unit near the sink that I could not identify. Ok plumber here between 3 and 6 o'clock. They rang at 3.45 to say sorry held up please call to book tomorrow. Could only offer a four hour slot the following day between 8 and 12. I explained that they were originally coming today but cancelled but it made no difference. This is not good service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Paid £500 for a job that a worker there agreed should have cost "£150 plus VAT at the most". Customer services ignored my complaint for over a month. When they did reply it was extremely rude and told me it was not my place to complain as i did not pay the bill myself (my workmen paid) I implore you not to use these Plumbers unless you wish to feel violated.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. Jamima, who is supposedly the resolutions manager was extremely rude bordering on racist. The company failed to carry out the work as requested and proceeded to charge me £120. I plan to take the matter further.

This company is a total disgrace and so is their conduct towards potential customers. They first agreed to arrive on 29/03/17 before 12pm. I took a morning off work and waited for them. They then rang me at 12:30 and moved the appointment forward to 18:00 so I took the rest of the day off. They failed to show and made some excuses about not having any engineers free until the following day. I took the whole day off on 30/03/17 and waited for them, the exact same thing happened again and the whole day was wasted. They then agreed to arrive on the 31/03/17 and an engineer did finally turn up for my Landlord safety certificate. He spend 2 hours checking the equipment to only receive a phone call from his boss informing him that he was not qualified to certify the gas fire and the booking had to be cancelled and made again! He assured me that someone would definitely turn up on Saturday 1st April. I phoned and confirmed the booking and was told someone would turn up before 18:00. At 17:45 I was told again that no one was available and the booking had to be postponed to the following Monday. At this point I told the company that they had cost me 3 days holiday from work and I was not willing to take another day off on the hope of someone turning up. On reading online reviews, it came as no shock that this exact experience has been shared by many other people too. This company is a total disgrace and I would urge anyone thinking of using them to proceed with extreme caution as they cannot be relied upon.

I am unable to proceed with this review without 'awarding' rating stars, so I had to give one star but they actually deserve no stars. Called for emergency repair at 9.30 on Easter Saturday and was told it would be before 2 pm. They took full payment card details over the phone. Plumbingforce called later to say that the engineer was caught up and can not make the original timescale but would make it by 6pm. I phoned twice to enquire as to progress, the second time at 4.40 to find out what ​the situation was and was advised by a rude and curt despatcher that she was 'just about to call' to tell me that the engineer was unable to attend today and earliest appointment was following Tuesday. She was not interested in my predicament and repeated the earliest was Tuesday and did i want to cancel - I cancelled. Had they been honest up front and said that they couldn't fulfil their appointment i would have gone elsewhere. It is now too late to book anyone so there is no heating in the house in which there is a 91 year old stroke victim living. Do not use this company - from other reviews it seems that i am not the only victim of their shambolic practice of giving a time slot and being completely unable to honour it.

Waste of time service, waited in all morning then get a phone call to the engineer won't make it. I will use a local trusted supplier now, not sure why i didn't in the first place

Cancelled 2 appointments 10 minutes before they were due to show up and then when an engineer finally showed up he was not qualified to certify half the equipment. The 4th time they were due to show they cancelled again 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up. This company cost me 3 days holiday (time took off waiting for them) and a Saturday. I would not touch them with a barge pole!

Don't advertise 3hours if you can't do it. Called, 8.30, had to chase 11.30, promised by 3, no show, chased, promised by 6, no show, then they said Saturday. Useless, expensive and untrustworthy. Day wasted.

The most unprofessional service that I have ever had the mis-pleasure of dealing with. Initially called and was happy to pay significantly more than local companies as I was guaranteed a call out within 1 to 4hours. At 4pm I received a call saying that no-one could come out until Saturday (48 hours). Far too late in the afternoon to arrange any other company to come out for same day service and Tenant had been waiting all afternoon for the engineer to come. Spoke to Line Manager who clearly couldn't be bothered with my complaint. As I had no other option (due to the lateness of being informed that my guaranteed service had been cancelled) he told me that he would arrange for an engineer to come out on Saturday morning between 8 and 11 but despite having already taken £107 from my account couldn't even guarantee that! Started to come up with excuses including that people want to get back home because it is Good Friday tomorrow. I told him that I wasn't interested in excuses at which point he said he also wasn't interested and then told me he was cancelling the callout and hung up on me - I had neither been rude and had certainly not used any offensive language. Utterly disgusted with this and I am now waiting for my money to be re-funded.

Arrived and within 2 mins told me there was nothing he could do. Still charged £102. Subsequent plumber isolated the shower so that it wasn't pouring out water and charged me nothing but came back and fixed at a must cheaper rate. Sorry but I really wouldn't recommend this company.
