Terrible. Rung at 8am for emergency service due to leak. Told someone would be here between 9 and 12. Got a call at 11.30 to say there had been a delay, so to now expect someone between 2 and 6. Another call at 3.45 to say that they couldn't get here until the next day. Completely unacceptable. Completely oblivious to the fact that by keeping us hanging on a string our chances of finding someone else were fast vanishing. I commented that the large banner on their website promises 1-3 hour service. Apparently, I was at fault for not reading the small print of the terms and conditions. Would award zero stars if this was an option

Avoid using John or his wife Lorna, of Broadstairs. Go elsewhere, it cannot be worse. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong, my jobs were expensive, the execution was agonizing, botched and needed further independent re-working and expense. I have encountered numerous others who have also similarly suffered.

Booked in advance for 8-12am. Appointment was delayed multiple times, until (right at the end of the day) I was told they could not attend. No apology, no acknowledgement that staying home from work for an entire day is a big deal for most people. Atrocious, look elsewhere.

Called first thing because of leaks in house. Offered a plumber between 12 and 3. Accepted this. Called by them at 1:45 to say sorry can't get a plumber today, will tomorrow be ok? Totallly unacceptable. Rubbish service. Rubbish customer care

BEWARE........... AS THEY SAY ....... ' READ THE REVIEWS ' ...... .SO WISHED I HAD.......... After phoning up yesterday afternoon for a blocked loo , i was booked in for 5pm, i explained i was wheelchair bound and as such would need to book a carer to be here, at 4.35pm i was called to say that it wasnt possible to get anyone to me and i could re-appoint for between 9-1pm. i re-iterated that i had already paid £15 for a carer to be present for the hour. . i said that with little choice at 5pm to get another company i agreed to them returning , I emailled stating how disappointed i was , and that the invoice should reflect that i had already paid £15 unessecarily . . This morning arrived and at 1232hrs , some 28 minutes before 1pm slot. , to be told again no plumber , but one that was working near could be with me at 3pm, once again with little choice , i agreed , and strongly asked for a discount to reflect the noncense i'd been put through. At 3.20pm he arrived , nice chap, But soon stated blockage was further along than the rods could get to, At 3.30pm he stated either he would have to take toilet off wall ( wet room tiled top to bottom ) breaking minimum 4 tiles , may or may not clear blockage and would only be obliged to re-instate toilet alone , nothing else. oh and be charged £120 ph for an unestimated amount of time 4 / 5 hrs was banded about. . now 15.40hrs . i phoned the office , met with an unsympathetic man who played everything down , and said that he deliberately brushed aside my request for a discount, at one point said that they were only a little late, and that i was being unreasonable Think again, , I was offered 10 per cent off if i agreed to the job being done. i was in tears by the end of the call, no better off and late in the day to , once again have the choice to find another company. the plumber said i'd be betterof contacting Dyno rod and they would put a camera down , to check blockage. , or claim on my insurance, . All this and to be charged for the experience. BEWARE. .

1. if you are interested in receiving high cost, poor quality advice, you should definitely go to Plumbingforce Ltd. They will be sure to offer expensive solutions to boiler problems you didn't know you had. 2. Once you've taken said advice, the next reason you should go to Plumbingforce Ltd is because they can offer you a brand new boiler that performs worse than the one you had. This service includes missing parts, faulty installation and a trail of mess. 3.You should choose Plumbing force Ltd if you like using up annual leave on sitting around waiting for boiler men to turn up. Ensure to allow extra time - they often turn up hours late! 4. Plumbingforce Ltd are great if you like spending lots of time making phone calls. Bonus points if you're someone who loves terrible customer service. If you want to be spoken to extra rudely, ask for Michelle when you phone. 5. If you like having no heating and hot water, Plumbingforce Ltd are a 5star service. They managed to secure 3 weeks of no heating and 2 weeks of cold water at the special price of £6648.00 all in! Oh and if you love hidden surprises Plumbing force Ltd can increase their quote by £600 for no logical reason.

The faulty fan for Worcester 24CDi (original part number 87161200340) was replaced with 87161214560 which is priced between £80 - £120 was charged at £250 (twice the price). The issue was immediately identified as a bearing on the fan unit, the entire unit was replaced, which took the engineer 30 minutes in total. Including the 30 minutes he took to drive and collect the part, I should only have been charged for 1 hour. I was charged for 1.5 hours which was the time it took for the engineer to write up the bills etc. Would not recommend to others nor use the service myself ever again.

I wasn't going to write a review hence it's been 3 months since I dealt with this company, (plus I have only just had the problem rectified) but I want people to know what they are like,.. I called them out to unblock an outside drain at my elderly mothers house, as reviews have said they take payment before they even come out, £180 inc vat, which I now know is not common practise. They came out promptly which was a good sign, and claimed to have unblocked the drain, another good sign. Next day my mum called to say drain is blocked again, I called plumbing force and was told by Customer service that blockages were not guaranteed and if they were to come back out I would be charged another £180.00, I was gob smacked I tried to argue my case but the rude customer service lady just kept repeating policy,. Daylight robbery, hence why it has taken such a long time to sort out the problem, as we couldn't afford to do it any sooner,. Today we used dyno rod, came out within 1.5 hours of calling, checked the problem did the job first then I paid £145 with a guarantee of free half hour if the blockage reoccurs to investigate why the blockage keeps reoccurring.. my advice to anyone thinking of using this company. Call DYNO ROD

Called engineer out for leak behind boiler and when they came out they said it was a leak behind the boiler and would cost £2280 to fix and charged me £102.00 to tell me that. Nothing but a bunch of con artists

I rang this company when my Gas Fire needed fixing. They booked me in but I rang back to check out what was happening and was greeted with the rudest Man I've ever spoken to and unbelievably he owned the Company! He demanded to know why I'd rung back and I then found that these sharks had already lodged a pending transaction to my account as they had taken my card details. I will not get rid of it for 5 days. Clearly of course I cancelled the appointment. Was this man a joke learn some manners man. Good customer service. NOT Don't try to humiliate your customers not the brightest thing to Do!!!

For crying out loud whatever you do DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS. They ripped off my mum and they've been reported to the police and trading standards are looking in to it. She called these unscrupulous rogue traders out to fix a boiler leak, when they left the boiler was still leaking, but they did bill her over £2000 to fix a pipe she didn't want fixing! They pressure sold her into doing it, telling her if she didnt they would cap it off and leave her with no electric or water over the weekend. Worse than that when I checked the bank statements, they've taken more money than they invoiced. I have never come across a trader who I would recommend less than this evil bunch of thieves and rogues. How dare you do what you did to my parents.

I needed a plumber to fix a leak on a Saturday, I paid £99 which I thought was very reasonable. They gave me a 3 hour window for the engineer to come but they called me at 3pm to say they couldn't get to me until Monday! Having had to switch the main water supply off this was not an option so I asked that they refund my money. I had trouble and limited time to find another company on a Saturday, not impressed!!!

The engineer just left an hour ago, he was asked to remove the toilet and clear the drainage. He said the toilet is removed, and there is access to the sewage. However, the toilet is still there, such as the debris etc. Plumbing force advised us we need to call a sucking company. I contacted the sucking company and they said they only suck the water out, so the next day we would have the same problem again. The debris can only be taken out by rodding. Which was not done by Plumbing force.

I asked for an installation certificate for a boiler in a flat I was selling. When the chap came round he said he couldn't do that as they didn't install the boiler. He went way & said it was no problem & he would cancel the job. I then noticed they had charged £102 to my card. I telephoned to complain & the lady said they still charge for the callout even though they hadn't done the job. She also gave me the email adress for someone called Michelle in their complaints department. This is sharp practice & I'm going to report them to Watchdog

Never use them. The supposed owner is the rudest person ever. Take money from credit card and then take more money even though no further work needed

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I RANG AT 8.30 TO SAY MY BOILER WASNT WORKING AND WAS TOLD AN ENGINEER WOULD CALL BETWEEN 9 AND 12 THAT DAY. AT 11.40 THEY RANG TO SAY HE WOULDNT BE COMING, AND TO EXPECT HIM BETWEEN 12 AND 3. AT 2.50 I RANG THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ENGINEER NOW WASNT COMING AT ALL THAT DAY. I HAD WAITED IN ALL DAY AND NOTE THAT NO ONE RANG ME. THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE ME A PRIORITY FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE FOLLOWING DAY NO ONE ARRIVED BY 10.00, SO I RANG THEM AGAIN AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NO ONE AVAILABLE ON THAT DAY NOW BUT SOMEONE WOULD COME THE FOLLOWING DAY. AGAIN NO ONE RANG ME. I CANCELLED THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF MEETING THEIR PROMISES. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, INCAPABLE OF MEETING THEIR OWN STATED PROMISES, INEFFICIENT AND COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY. THEIR ISNT A BARGEPOLE LONG ENOUGH THAT WOULD MAKE ME CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY.

AWFUL SERVICE Plumber didn't show in alloted time as his job overran so we were moved from 8am to supposedly 3pm. I ended up cancelling and calling a reliable company.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. Plumber who attended a leaking hose connection between the feed pipe and the washing machine was clueless. Changed a washer and left after 15 mins and I was charged over £120.00. The leak was not fixed. He came back a day later than arranged and changed the hose. First time I started the washing machine water started spouting out at the back where he hadn't connected the hose properly as he didn't even pull the machine out to do the connection. Getting a reliable, real plumber out tomorrow to do this simple job correctly. Don't waste your money on these crooks.

I reviewed this previously and said that I had been charged a call out fee when the plumber did nothing as he advised me to get my insurer to work on it. In fact I can see from my credit card that I was also charged 1 hr labour. So £240 for waiting around all day for the plumber to not do anything. Disgusting!
