This Company shouldn't be in Business. BEWARE. ABSOLUTE COWBOY's I used them to investigate a problem with my Central Heating. Although they came within 3hours they misdiagnosed the problem, charging for a part that worked prefectly well together with a Labour charge that is downright obscene & after a £120 + vat call out charge as well! The Problem persisted but when I called I was told that if it wasn't a misdiagnosis I would be liable for another call out charge! A Independant Engineer verified the misdiagnosis & was traced to a faulty pump, £85 to replace + his labour..... basically less than 25% of the rip off charge that these bandits charged. Various attempts to contact via e mail to discuss the misdiagnosis & costs associated have fallen on deft ears. I paid by CC so will take the issue up with my CC Company. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

BE WARNED, booked a plumber as needed one ASAP, they said they would be with me that afternoon, got a call saying that plumber was held up & wouldn't be with me that evening, rebooked the next day, I had to ring them the next day late afternoon to find out where plumber was only to be told again that plumber is held up & wont be with me that evening, i was told it was rare for this to happen, wish i had read reviews first as i can see from the reviews this is not rare & happens all the time. I cancelled them only to discover that they had placed on hold the initial fee for the job even though they did not attend and it took over a week for the funds to be made available to me again - SO NO PLUMBER AND FUNDS PUT ON HOLD FOR A WEEK - I WILL NEVER CALL THIS FIRM AGAIN AND YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Emergency call out booked in 3 hour slot. When no-one appeared, we phoned. Eventually plumber came out (diverted from another area) and was helpful. Put boiler "at risk" and said company would phone following day to sort additional work. Nothing heard since. Have phone and got cut off after a long wait. Have emailed. No response.

Oh my goodness, I do wish I'd seen all the other reviews for this company and not believed the glowing ones on the home page. ( who put them there ? are they genuine ? ). This is the first time that I've ever written a review of a company to be posted on line but I feel really angry about the service I received from this company who doesn't know the meaning of customer service. The employee who takes bookings and answers the phone is incapable of listening. When I phoned to query the service I received and charges and to voice my complaint she constantly interrupted me and spoke over me. She was deeply defensive ... I guess she's used to these types of phone call. Sadly our phone call was not recorded. This is the lady who took my booking to fix my Keston boiler that is working intermittently but didn't tell me that without the error code, the engineer will not even try to fix the problem. But he will still take my money. He was with me for fifteen minutes, spent a couple of minutes in the room where the boiler was, not sure he even looked at the boiler, and the rest of the time telling me why he wasn't going to look. Then took the substantial call- out charge on my debit card and filled in the companies work form, which I refused to sign as no work has been done. Apparently the owner is called Mr Edwards who will be getting a separate registered letter from me as the first stage of trying to get my money back. If I'd wanted to give away close to £80 on Tuesday morning and see nothing back in return I'd have given it to a homeless charity and not Mr Edwards. Please read all reviews before making a judgement about using this company. .

Absolute rip off merchants. DO NOT use this company, they are only interested in making money on the call out charge. We called them out to check and fix our saniflow toilet. After 45 mins of so called checkin the pump, motor and apparently for blockages, and the remaining 45 minutes just chatting the plumber said we need a new toilet which will cost a total of £800. They assured us when we called that they were specialists in Saniflo. Not happy with the lack of knowledge their plumber and customer serivice shown, we call another company out who checked and found a blockage in the pipe and also said their was a part that needed replacing and can be replaced. He only charged us £250. We paid 175 to Plumberforce and they did nothing other than come out to make the call out charge money. I will be writing further reviews on this because these people are disreputable. Wembley London

I endeavour to be a great landlady so when my tenants called out an emergency plumber when their shower wouldn't switch off I was cool with it. However, when the promise was that the plumber would visit first thing and def before noon and then turns up at very end of day and only stays 5 mins to say he'll have to come back 2 days later i do not think it is reasonable to still charge an extortionate call out fee. I tried to reason with customer services but they referred me to their T&Cs that conveniently say they cannot commit to times. I understand T&C's but when a commitment is given over the phone and someone stays in as a result to get the plumbing emergency dealt with then I expect that to be the new agreement. A 5pm appointment does not warrant an emergency rate. Customer service was rude and not willing to discuss at all. When i suggested that I will write a review telling others what transpired the lady actually said that she wouldnt get a plumber to visit to install the new shower. Im not surprised that they take pre payment for everything - looking at the horrendous reviews and reviews pending, it is very clear they routinely rip people off. I think my tenants learnt a valuable lesson to read reviews too now. I can honestly say I will never touch this company again. I can also see extra charges now on my credit card statement - i can feel a battle coming on judging by my previous experience. The plumbing work itself was actually fine by the way - not issues with that but it was massively let down my the cost and customer service.

I called them Monday at 9am, announcing problems with my boiler.Being promised intervention before 12:00, I waited, waited, then phoned and was told they would come before 2, waited some more to eventually be told they would come before 6pm..... The next morning I phoned and was told I would be visited between 9am and 1 pm. I expressed my surprise, and asked if it was worth waiting. Having got the impression from the person attending on the phone once more that the company could not care less, I told her that if they were not at my house before 1 pm they should not bother calling. Sure enough they called at 12:30 to announce delay, and I told them to cancel...

Broken boiler emergency, at 2.30pm helpfully booked us a visit between 3-6pm at which point we stopped calling round any more plumbers, cancelled afternoon plans and waited in the cold. At 5.15pm we were called to say no one would be coming until Monday. Too late for us to find alternative plumbers. Incredibly disappointed in their service.

I have no hesitations when I say that Plumbingforce are criminal and have caused more issues in my property - and my bank balance - than good. They took payments for jobs that were incomplete. The telephone staff were incredibly difficult to work with. Don't book an afternoon slot, because they'll call you at 5.30pm to tell you that the engineer is not coming. I was offered compensatory labour (but had to pay for the part). Once the labour was done, they sent me a bill for £700 labour which I am still disputing. I have spent hours on the phone trying to solve the issues, but to no avail. They do not respond to complaints and there is no willingness to help.

Badly let down. I needed same afternoon call out, and was given it. Less than an hour before 6pm deadline, the company rang to say that no engineer was available. Worse still, they had no sympathy for the fact that they had actually cost me money. I had cancelled jobs to be available for their engineer, and lost around £100 income. Useless, would never use them again.

booked emergency boiler engineer 3 - 6pm slot explaining we had no heating or hot water whatsoever in the house. I rang at 5.20 to be told he was held up on another job and would not be coming today. I wish i had read the reviews before booking. I have wasted a whole day in the freezing cold. How can companies run like this and let people down?

We have used this company a few times and they are hugely unreliable. I have booked them sometimes a week in advance and most of the time they don't honour the appointment. I will call to chase and they will say the plumber is stuck on another job. The appointment will then be rearranged numerous times with the same thing happening. They just don't turn up and don't care. I will never use them again. Very frustrating and waste of your time!

Booked a drain to be unblocked friday 20th afternoon was told firsy available person could be with me Monday 23rd between 12-3pm. initially asked for emergency service bu this was best they could do. call 1pm for update and was told engineer will call me before they arrive. recieved call from the office at 2:53pm (i presume as it was a witheld number) to tell me no one is in the area? whatever that means, surely im the booking so you put someone in the area. absolute waste of time. i took time off to have this dealt with and it could leak at anytime. next call is to dyno rod. they may be expensive bu they show up. disgrace.

Appalling. A Gas Engineer was booked on Wednesday 18th Jan for the following morning slot to meet an estate agent at a new property. Twice on the Thursday it was postponed. Throughout Friday it was put further back with a final assurance he would appear today. He cancelled the estate agent yet again saying he wouldn't be turning up but would arrive on Monday. I have cancelled the job with Plumbing Force as their service is a disgrace. Appalling. The only saving grace has been Holly in their Customer Service department who has been most apologetic.

I called this company to install my brand new cooker. They did less than hour rubbish work(no ignition) and left me with a bill of £220. Daytime Robbery. They do not deserve to be in the market place. Filthy unscrupulous traders

Dear oh dear, what awful reviews this company does have! I have complained about their work, by telephone, e-mail, and in writing in November and again in December, to no avail. I am now taking this matter through the courts if I do not hear within 14 days. I really could not recommend such a dilatory company. Find another one!
