Rang at 12.12 saying i have a water leak in radiator pipe and after taking my credit card details tell me 1-3 hours. 2 hours later rang again saying the earliest they can do is 10 days later, and then asked me if i wanted to make the booking for 10 days later. Emergency plumbing!! Found a local plumber who charged 50% less and got here in 15 minutes. happy days.

Arranged to have a gas cooker fitted.a time was arranged between 11.00 am and 2.00pm. In good faith gave my debit card details which was a requirement and was told the cost would be £79.00 plus vat. The engineer arrived at 4.11 pm I was told the electrical connections were not up to standard and left He was there for half an hour did not do the job and gave me a bill for £85.00 plus Vat. I phoned the office to see if they would consider a reasonable call out charge only, they were not prepared to discuss the matter at all.NOT A COMPANY I WILL EVER CONSIDER USING AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE Be wary about giving your card details you have no come back!

If this company is taking emergency gas escapes as business i.e. Telling callers to turn off @ main/exv it's dodgy at best!!0800 111 999

As I am a carer I needed a gas safety certificate, they did not turn up at the time booked and called to say it would be later but they never turned up then, I called them the following day to be told they would be here by 1, I was then called after 1 by an extremely rude woman to say they would be here by 6 and then surprise, surprise I was called by the same rude woman at quarter to 6 to say they wouldn't be here at all and would I like to rearrange, as I had wasted 2 days waiting in for them I decided to cancel. Unreliable company with disgusting customer service, steer clear.

Plumber was supposed to arrive by 1pm but on the day, he 'phoned to say he might not be there until 6pm!!! Then we were told he would not be there at all!! So, a day off work and all for nothing. Do not expect a recommendation from us, and if it is important, be warned that someone might not turn up.

Engineer arrived promptly, paid the £102 for the call out. Said he would fix the boiler and give us a quote for the spare parts. Heard nothing. Phoned Plumbing Force, after three days, they promised we would hear on the same day between 4pm and 6pm. That was several days ago, and have heard nothing. Don't bother. Still without hot water, and have a vunerable adult who needs care in the house.

I booked with 3 days notice for a call out on a Friday between 12pm and 3pm, and was notified on the Friday at 2.45pm that they would not be able to attend my job, so it was re-booked for the following Monday between 12pm and 3pm again, and once again I was telephoned on the Monday at 14.17 advising me that they could not make the time frame and would I extend until 6pm! which I refused. I had already wasted 2 days waiting in, so have requested that the booking is cancelled and that I am refunded any upfront charges that I paid. I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor organisation and unacceptable time wasting.

Engineer came out to service boiler , but had no interest in boiler went round looking for fault then made hole in my wall saying there was no sleeve when there was ! Switched my gas off , left without serving boiler and charged me £94.80 one very unhappy customer

They advertise an emergency 1-3 hour call out service. I have just phoned them due to an emergency. Only to be told this service is Monday to Friday in office hours! What's the point of that???

Just smashed my shower door and said it wasn't their fault - they then took money from my account without authorisation! A simply job ending up costing me £1200. Please for your sake don't use them

DO not use - they send out some guy that simply has no idea what he is doing, they then request your payment details as a hold before the callout can be put through - additional charges that are completely unauthorised are then taken out of your account! Complete scam NEVER USE THEM!

Terrible. Rung at 8am for emergency service due to leak. Told someone would be here between 9 and 12. Got a call at 11.30 to say there had been a delay, so to now expect someone between 2 and 6. Another call at 3.45 to say that they couldn't get here until the next day. Completely unacceptable. Completely oblivious to the fact that by keeping us hanging on a string our chances of finding someone else were fast vanishing. I commented that the large banner on their website promises 1-3 hour service. Apparently, I was at fault for not reading the small print of the terms and conditions. Would award zero stars if this was an option

Avoid using John or his wife Lorna, of Broadstairs. Go elsewhere, it cannot be worse. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong, my jobs were expensive, the execution was agonizing, botched and needed further independent re-working and expense. I have encountered numerous others who have also similarly suffered.

Booked in advance for 8-12am. Appointment was delayed multiple times, until (right at the end of the day) I was told they could not attend. No apology, no acknowledgement that staying home from work for an entire day is a big deal for most people. Atrocious, look elsewhere.

Called first thing because of leaks in house. Offered a plumber between 12 and 3. Accepted this. Called by them at 1:45 to say sorry can't get a plumber today, will tomorrow be ok? Totallly unacceptable. Rubbish service. Rubbish customer care

BEWARE........... AS THEY SAY ....... ' READ THE REVIEWS ' ...... .SO WISHED I HAD.......... After phoning up yesterday afternoon for a blocked loo , i was booked in for 5pm, i explained i was wheelchair bound and as such would need to book a carer to be here, at 4.35pm i was called to say that it wasnt possible to get anyone to me and i could re-appoint for between 9-1pm. i re-iterated that i had already paid £15 for a carer to be present for the hour. . i said that with little choice at 5pm to get another company i agreed to them returning , I emailled stating how disappointed i was , and that the invoice should reflect that i had already paid £15 unessecarily . . This morning arrived and at 1232hrs , some 28 minutes before 1pm slot. , to be told again no plumber , but one that was working near could be with me at 3pm, once again with little choice , i agreed , and strongly asked for a discount to reflect the noncense i'd been put through. At 3.20pm he arrived , nice chap, But soon stated blockage was further along than the rods could get to, At 3.30pm he stated either he would have to take toilet off wall ( wet room tiled top to bottom ) breaking minimum 4 tiles , may or may not clear blockage and would only be obliged to re-instate toilet alone , nothing else. oh and be charged £120 ph for an unestimated amount of time 4 / 5 hrs was banded about. . now 15.40hrs . i phoned the office , met with an unsympathetic man who played everything down , and said that he deliberately brushed aside my request for a discount, at one point said that they were only a little late, and that i was being unreasonable Think again, , I was offered 10 per cent off if i agreed to the job being done. i was in tears by the end of the call, no better off and late in the day to , once again have the choice to find another company. the plumber said i'd be betterof contacting Dyno rod and they would put a camera down , to check blockage. , or claim on my insurance, . All this and to be charged for the experience. BEWARE. .

Once you've taken said advice, the next reason you should go to Plumbingforce Ltd is because they can offer you a brand new boiler that performs worse than the one you had. This service includes missing parts, faulty installation and a trail of mess. 3.You should choose Plumbing force Ltd if you like using up annual leave on sitting around waiting for boiler men to turn up. Ensure to allow extra time - they often turn up hours late! 4. Plumbingforce Ltd are great if you like spending lots of time making phone calls. Bonus points if you're someone who loves terrible customer service. If you want to be spoken to extra rudely, ask for Michelle when you phone. 5. If you like having no heating and hot water, Plumbingforce Ltd are a 5star service. They managed to secure 3 weeks of no heating and 2 weeks of cold water at the special price of £6648.00 all in! Oh and if you love hidden surprises Plumbing force Ltd can increase their quote by £600 for no logical reason.
