Getting the boiler serviced was the final condition of our house sale. As it was urgent i took a day off work for a booked 9-1 appt. Upon chasing I was told no-one was coming and appt rearranged for two days later. They didn't turn up again. We're now trying to find someone else who can do it urgently as we're meant to be completing in a few days. Plumbing Force this is the most basic task and you can't handle it and you now owe us for an emergency call out that we'll now need to ensure our house doesn't fall through. Unacceptable.

Very disappointed. First time I called I got a response within the hour despite it being 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon and it was fixed. Unfortunately the blockage came back within 6 days and I called again today at 7:30am. I was told somebody could be with us by midday, this was then changed to 3pm, I was then called to say by 6pm and then called again to say it would not be today. Not the 1-3 hour response the website offers on a hot day when a toilet blockage is unpleasant and we have guests this evening. I had stayed home all day and options given for tomorrow were stay in all morning or all afternoon - so I declined and will look elsewhere. Frustrating.

Absolutely useless! Happy to grab your credit details and promise a three hour service. Not so good at delivering. Between 9 and 1 became between 1 and 4. At 4, no news. When I call: "can't do it today." Great to hear at 4 on a Friday afternoon. No hot water for the entire weekend? "Not our problem". Never, ever, would I go anywhere near this bunch of incompetent unreliable discourteous amateurs!

Plumber didn't show waited in all day Saturday you need to have more plumbers on your books wasted our day and had to pay extra to get one to come on Sunday

Very disappointed. Having waited in Saturday for a fixed appointment - they did not show and had to call to find out they had no intention of doing so. In re-arranged appointment was told they could not do the work because a kitchen unit needed cutting (5 min job) and was charged £94. They wanted to charge me again to do the actual work.....am sure it is what the terms said but no sense for keeping customer happy and an advocate....would not recommend......

I initially contacted 'plumbingforce' on Friday 30th June. I was told somebody would contact me before 2:00.. They did, but unfortunately they explained their engineer would not be available, so they said somebody would contact me before 6:pm. At about 5:pm sombody did contact me and explained that their engineer wouldn't be available today, so somebody would contact me between 8-12 the next day. At around 12:00pm sobody told me that the engineer was on his way. At around 2:15pm, still no engineer. A lady named Michelle told me that the engineer had been stationary at the side of the road for about an hour and a half and couldn't be contacted. Where was the engineer, in a pub, at home, whereever he was he couldn't be contacted. The whole experience of 'PhumbingForce' was very frustrating. Why didn't the engineer contact base. Even if he had broken down, why didn't he contact somebody, so they could contact me, pathetic, unprofessional and they've wasted nearly two day of my time, time I could of spent getting professional/reliable customer focused help.

Peterborough.I booked a time slot to gain a gas safety cert. I was told between 8am and 11am. I was then informed that it wouldn't be until between 2pm and 6pm. Then it was cancelled for that day comletly after having someone wait in. I was told by a very snooty lady that "its the industry we are in" Wounldnt touch them with a barge pole

Very poor service from PlumbingForce. I called on Wednesday and booked a plumber for Friday and they promised the plumber would be at the property between 8-9 even took my payment details to confirm. Waited at the property at the time specified and didn't show up. They apparently called but left no message and the missed call is from a private number which I get many of those which you cannot return the call. Customer service for this issue was poor. What a useless company. They cancelled and passed on my number to a call centre who bombarded with calls with all sorts of quotes. A man showed who was not even an engineer did not do any work and told me has gone to write a report and later they charged my account. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Utterly useless company, cancelled after only I chased. Was told that they weren't able to turn up on the day booked after I had waited in all day. They were aware that I had a gas leak and boiler had been shut off. Did not apologise once and were extremely rude on the telephone. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS - VERY VERY POOR

We had a British Gas Engineer decommission boiler as we had a small gas leak on one of the valves. My wife and 2 girls were home alone so called Plumbingforce for an emergency call out as were left without heating or hot water. The engineer arrived a day later than they were told. He carried out a gas leak test on the boiler but couldn't find a leak so put it back in commission without actually firing up the boiler to check it worked. My wife signed the paperwork, being a trustworthy sort but when she turned a tap on after he'd left.....no hot water and the boiler didn't fire. I arrived home around 9pm the same evening as was flabbergasted to find that the reason the chap couldn't find a leak was because the British Gas had isolated the gas going to the boiler and the engineer hadn't opened the valve, hence no leak. When I called, they were very rude, denied any blame. This was at the start of Feb, I've had one email on the 14th Feb 2017 (replied the next day) asking for details of the Engineer form a local company who came out and replaced the valve for half the price in half the time. I've emailed politely on 6 other occasions and had one further reply to say it's being looked into on the 12th April 2017...still no reply. We all make mistakes but this was involving gas and my family and it's negligence that they should admit to and just get this resolved. It's time now to pass to the HSE to investigate as don't want this to happen to any other individual or family.

The have cancelled a plumber on 4 occasions, even after providing a guaranteed time slot. I have not had hot water now for 4 weeks and have hung on their guarantees which have been false. I used them a few years ago and they were excellent - shame that the quality of service is not what it once was

I think I'm going to Trading Standards. They advertise a service that I can see from other reviews is far from consistent. I've been fobbed off for 24 hrs. Cancelling immediately. Shocking bunch.

Booked the day before and gave card details over the phone. I was told that someone would be with me between 8 and 12 and someone would call half an hour before as well. No call at 1135am, when I called them I was given the complete and utter run around and then transferred to a women who was very rude indeed! She stated that she tried to call me twice and that my number didn't work!? I told her it did and she then rudely responded with, no it doesn't and shall I cancelled your order... Yes, please cancel my order!?! Clowns!

Useless Company, cancelled 4 x in 3 days! Always a different excuse, never a manager around to talk to unless you say that a bad review will be written and magically they pick up the phone.... however disappointingly after eventually speaking to her she was very rude and unhelpful and will not get any business from us! HOW NOT TO RUN A COMPANY!!!

Worst service ever. Several visits (charging every time) to find the issue with hot water. Lack of availability to respond to urgencies. We had to chase them every time and they never answered calls. Awful customer service on the phone.

Our experience with this company I can only describe as appalling! We were left with a broken boiler, useless new part and a huge bill. We lodged a complaint which was not dealt with despite our numerous e-mails and telephone calls explaining the issue. I hate leaving unfavorable reviews but I do not want other people having to deal with incompetent engineers and terrible customer service. We intend to speak to our bank as we never agreed to the bill, nor signed the paperwork, only the estimate was signed but the money was taken from our account anyway!
