“The plumber was very polite and knew what the problem was , however, the cost for repair was 10 times more then anywhere else, the part was around 200£ but this company gave estimate of 1800£ .”

“Having arrived 15 minutes early, the plumber fitted a time clock in a house with a non English speaker. He didn't have the sense to see that the system worked or wait for the English speaker to arrive. We then had to have someone else in to finish the job.”

“What a great service! Everything happened exactly as we were told it would. We received a call from the engineer one hour in advance of his arrival. He was on time, friendly, worked quickly and tidied up. All done in just under an hour! Fantastic. I would recommend and definitely use again.”

“The plumber arrived in the time that had been promised and sorted out the problem I had, quickly and effectively. Although it was expensive the job was done efficiently and effectively, for which I am very grateful. In an emergency I would use them again and recommend them to others.”
