“They offer same day service (at a high price, but potentially worth it). They accepted my request for attendance same day (Thursday morning), and (at the end of the morning), postponed it to Thursday afternoon, then at the end of the afternoon, postponed it to Friday morning, then called to say they needed to postpone to Friday afternoon, but admitted they'd probably never get to me. So we called the job off and went elsewhere. A 2 day delay on getting an urgent plumbing job done. "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."”

“Beware of this company! We went with them as they said they could do it within a few days and we assumed that they would be a similar price to other local plumbers. We waited in a whole day for a no show. They also charged by the hour so we ended up paying double what 3 other plumbers had quoted. We didn't sign their invoice to raise a query about the price however they took the money out of the bank despite the lack of customer signature. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Michelle was downright rude by speaking over me and obviously didn't care about our predicament. In the end she wanted me to document it via email which enters the complaint onto their support ticketing system. I subsequently entered two further follow up emails asking for progress with no response I then rang and spoke to Michelle again with a similar response to last time. In the end she replied after 17 days denying any responsibility. Looking at their reviews I can see that this type of customer service and issuing huge bills is an everyday occurrence for this company. You have been warned!”

“This company is the best when it comes to plumbing services. They are reliable, quality of workmanship is great and at a price that is quite reasonable and competitive. When our boiler was in a bad condition, we called them up and they were quick to send someone to our place. Work done on the boiler was great and I can't be thankful enough for their help. Will recommend them to others.”

“Don't touch Plumbing Force with a barge pole! 1 problem led to 3 additional call outs to put the chaos back to rights, 2 of which I was charged for and had to take time off to be at home!”

“We are absolutely disgusted with this company! our boiler broke down on Sunday afternoon, managed to book appointment for Tuestay 8-11, received phone call just before 11 that gas engineer won't make it. rebooked it for Wednesday 9-1pm, were told engineer is gona be late, my husband waited till 3pm, kept being promised that engineer is on the way, then our neighbour waited with 3weeks old baby on hands just to make sure we get it fixed- engineer didn't show up at all!!!!! when rang the company was told they don't know why engineer didn't come and that they'll make sure that today(Thursday) they'll send one first thing in the morning, definitely between 8-11. just before 10am called them to make sure if engineer is coming, was told- 100%. just 10min later got phone call saying their engineer can't make it AGAIN and that they can rebook it for tomorrow!!! it's -2 outside, we didn't have heating and hot water for 5days now and the guy even told me I'm not aloud to leave bad reviews!!!!!!!! it's an absolute joke! we didn't look for anyone else as kept being promise- engineer will come 100%!!!! will tell everyone how untrusty and unreliable this company is!!!!!!!”

“Called at 9:10 this morning. Explained was a matter of urgency that someone came out this morning. Time slot was 9am-1pm.. GREAT!!!! Phone call at 12:17 to say sorry madam we cant get anyone out to you in the promised times slot, we can try and get someone to you by 6pm this evening!! So 1-3 hours response time .... not guaranteed!! Satisfaction 100% not guaranteed. They are however very happy to take your card details to reserve and guarantee the booking!!!”

“Please please ignore the positive reviews on this site they are all lies and probably written by the company to get the rating up. They gave me a slot between 10-2 at 2 they said will not able to attend that slot and to wait until 6. I then got a call at 17.30 and they said no one will be coming until tomorrow I have kids in the property and they really did not care. Every time I asked to speak to a manager they said I am a manager, more lies!!. Please do not trust this company I honestly think they over book as it is a general theme on here.....PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!”

“I told their call center I had no central heating or hot water and have a baby, they gave me a morning appointment, then rescheduled to evening, then cancelled at 5pm. Awful. Called a local guy, but now have to pay night call-out charges. Told him what happened and he guessed that these guys were behind it instantly. Steer clear.”

“Such a fantastic plumbing company! Our boiler had gone and we had not had hot water and heating for 4 days. Our plumber Michael was there the following morning and put right problems that another plumber had not been able sort and manage whilst wrongly identifying faults which it turned out was not the issue and this was under our 'home emergency cover' which we have now cancelled as our experince of them were appalling. To say we were very dissapointed as we had gone several days without any hot water and heating with three children. However Plumbing Force were fantastic and Michael was quickly able to identify the problems and provided us with some options. We decided that as the boiler was 15 years to actually replace it rather than purchasing parts which may possibly lead to further problems down the line that may come with an aging boiler. The same day he also offered to fit the boiler and sort out other plumbing problems that were affecting our hot water supply from the pipe work. To say we were all over the moon when we finally got a warm house and warm running water after 4 full days and on the same day that he came out to look at it. We are so grateful for the amount of hard work and effort that Michael put into getting everything done in time so we didn't need to go yet another day without the boiler working and he did it all to an extremely high standard. So friendly and professional we certainly will not be using any other plumbing company again, and we will be using Plumbing Force next year to service our new boiler; this was certainly a first class service from a very experinced plumber who knew what he was doing. Thank you so much!!”

“Booked an engineer just after lunch to fix my disabled 86 yr old father in law. Was told they would arrive between 2-6. At 5.40 the cancelled. Was told it was in their terms and could we reschedule after the weekend. Disgraceful”

“I just paid £99 for a technician to tell me I need a new boiler !! Unable to fit !! Only spent 2 minutes looking at boiler and still had to pay £99 feeling completely ripped off!!! Never recommend don't use it's a con!!!!”

“A plumber was sent over to our place on the same day after I had called them to help us with our broken leaky pipes in the basement. He was able to fix it before anything bad happen. So happy with the exceptional service I got from this company. Highly recommend.”

“The customer service they have are far better than the rest that I have experienced and the price for their service is very competitive. I got their services before when the pipes were leaking in our bathroom. The plumber was sent over to our place on time and he was very skilled. Fixed the leaks in a short amount of time. This will be my go to plumbing service from now on.”
