“Ordered a portable gas heater which was showing in stock and available for delivery within 2/3 days. Paid extra for fast delivery. After five days and an enquiry, firm replied that item was not in stock and not expecting delivery from supplier until just before Christmas (delivery then not available until after holiday period). I subsequently cancelled the order. After checking reviews it would appear other customers have commented on PTD showing items in stock which clearly were not. Has to be said this is poor business practice to put it mildly. Only positive hence one star is a prompt PayPal refund.”
