“Easy to use and quick to reply if you have a problem. SENT my items on said delivery date. Problem was they used royal mail for delivery which took Eight Days to be delivered, which was not power tools direct's fault.”

“Having bought from PTD in the past, I recently ordered a Clarke Submersible pump as it was a good price. After it arrived I was away for 3 weeks, on my return I opened the pump packaging only to find it damaged and unusable. I contacted customer services, sent photos of the damage and they dispatched a replacement, no hassle, good service would buy from them again.”
