“Order process and delivery as it should be.”

“Items ordered on the Thursday. Following Wednesday, no delivery, let alone an email from Power Tools Direct giving tracking number as indicated in the order confirmation email. Items arrived on the eighth day, still without a tracking number. Good job that I wasn't desperately in need of the items that I ordered, but it did frustrate me that I couldn't actually do the job I wanted to, for several days after I had anticipated receiving them.”

“Delivery could and should be better. Stevie Wonder the DHL driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address but I received it in the end. As for the hedge trimmer - i am very pleased with it. Hardly weighs anything and does the job.”

“Placed an order for starrett hole saw and a torque screwdriver set. All items said to be in stock at time of order. The next day I got a refund for the screwdriver set . No explanation was given why I was refunded . Very poor lack of communication. It doesn't take much to let you know why your sent a refund .”
