“I wasn't very happy as I, by chance, found my order delivered to my absent neighbours house and just left outside leaning against the gate. If I hadn't happen to walk by, it would have stood there for ages getting rusty.”

“Order a makita cordless dust extractor on 23/02/23 website clearly stated next day delivery 4 days later it turns up leaving me out of pocket they have a customer service number that takes you to an email address but nobody ever responds all my paperwork says next day delivery but they still argue the case I will never order from this company again customer service is abysmal once they have your money they don’t want to know.”

“Hi Everybody. Bought this repair kit few days ago and tested it as soon as arrived. It is absolutely useless kit as never cured when it was applied on the windscreen. Do not waste your money and time.”

“I ordered 13 units of an item. But, was sent only 8 units. When i placed the order the item had a stock in excess of 70 units. Hence, it is very questionable. The company is so arrogant that they did not check with me as a customer whether i would like to proceed ahead with the order of 8 instead of 13. Very unprofessional and rude. Fortunately, since i paid with paypal they had to reimburse the rest. The company does not seem to do what it should - offer basic communication, respect and courtesy. Will not use them again as i have bought from other suppliers for years without any issues. Also, their postal cost is high.”
