“Unbelievable customer service! Paid the extra for Express Courier, to be told they will take up to 48 hours to process and then send via Royal Mail during a strike! Not very clever. Been over a week and a half still no delivery. Will only communicate via email, responses were quick but not helpful in resolving.”

“Absolutely terrible! Do not buy from here, they sell things that are not in stock. I ordered a log burner and emailed them to double check it was in stock, which they confirmed it was. 3 days later I got a refund with no explanation.”
