“I ordered four items that were either more expensive at Screwfix or not available at all. This should have been a joyful experience. Days later, while I was waiting for the courier to arrive, I got four separate emails cancelling each item, due to being out of stock! These jokers are running a system that doesn't decrement stock as it is sold. The work I had planned to do couldn't be done. The only thing that did work was the refund to my credit card. I had thought with four separate cancellations, I might have to phone to get the carriage refunded, but they at least got this right. I will NEVER buy anything from these incompetent idiots again.”
