“Take orders for items they obviously don't have in stock, take payment for express delivery and only inform when chased a week later that they don't have the stock. No response to calls. Email responses in the early hours of the morning! Waiting on a refund and have ordered elsewhere.”

“My item was dispatched the next day. Unfortunately the carriers service did not match mainly because I live on a private drive. So I would say if your house is not visible from the street include more specific directions. However the customer service team were brilliant in helping to resolve the situation. They have been a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use again.”

“This company is taking orders that they don't have! The delivery shown is total fiction with no details of when item will be shipped. I have a great dislike companies that do this. I demanded a refund which they did.....the only thing good. It appears I'm not the only one with these issues. I don't recommend”

“Your service has been excellent. Unfortunately my product was not so good jamming taking the blade out a real worry having a knife that I cannot trust in use. It must have been just a manufacturing fault. I’ve binned it’s It’s not about the money lostbut more about being safe. I won’t hesitate shopping with you again tho👍🏼”

“Nails showed as in stock at time of order, yet it took 7 days before they were shipped. I think this is a man in a shed purchasing items to order and reselling. This is my first, and probably only purchase from powertoolsdirect. I can't wait around for over a week for things to arrive. For comparison - Order with TCFixings placed at the same time was shipped next day and arrived one day later.”
