“I don't often do this: do not do business with this company. I ordered adhesive last week that I needed for a job at the weekend. The advertised delivery on the product page (for delivery x/x/x order by xx:xx) said it would have arrived in good time. It didn't. Here's where the fun starts... try contacing them. I've called maybe 35 or 40 times over two days (that's a lot of surface area) and the phone has never been answered. I emailed but the auto-response email has red flags: "please don't email repeatedly," "due to staff shortages, processing is slower than usual". If this was the case, it should have been clearly indicated on the site. As mentioned, I needed this quicky. Now I need it urgently and have sourced elsewhere - but I can't even get hold of Power Tools Direct company to request a refund!”

“Been over a week and still not received item i ordered and no tracking details not happy at all give till Tuesday 12/5/2026 if not here by then will want money back. Will get in touch with bank about it.”

“£35 paid for handling and delivery on the 27th April for some wood augers and boxes of screws still awaiting delivery on the 9th May. Very poor service (even allowing for the Bank Holiday) do not use this company!”

“Scammers! Taken £180 on 4th may. No indication as to when I goods will arrived. Tried to call them several time and haven't had an answer. Sent 3 emails and still no answer. Horrendous service! AVOID!!”

“Taken money but no stock, then email to say items have been dispatched from Gosia? Then email saying refunded, no stock Gave tracking number for items not in stock? Very poor”

“Ordered on 24th April, money went straight out of my account. Then had to wait until 6th May for item to be delivered!!! Sent email asking where my order was, reply two days later saying it has been dispatched (it hadnt), no apology, nothing. Absolutely appalling service!”
