“When I ordered my bike stand I new nothing of the company nor did I read the reviews so here goes, Emailed after nearly one to to be advised that my order was in and as soon as shipped would be advised again, and soon as shipped Mon morning 2 emails one receipt of goods, and one confirming shipping and tracking details. Arrived when said , and in perfect condition. So my experience has been a very good one. Based on this ,I will happily use this company again. Thanks. A Thomason.”

“As many other reviews say, item was showing in stock but actually isn't, hence delays in sending and of course, zero communication unless chased and chased. Disgraceful way to do business, intentionally misleading and being dishonest to your paying customers just to get them to order. You do not deserve the business, all will not get mine ever again.”

“Returned a faulty paint spraying unit 2 weeks ago and had nothing but a very hard time trying to get a refund. Their attitude was extremely poor from the initial call and the blame came like a shower of bullets from the obnoxious customer service agent. We normally use ITS when purchasing tools for our team and this experience will ensure that continues. Still awaiting any news on refund btw......”
