“I ordered a cement mixer on 1st May which indicated delivery by 5 May. When I had completed my transaction, the dates given were 5 or 6 May. It's now the 7th May and I've finally been given a tracking notice with FEDEX. I went to the site, and FEDEX haven't even received the item yet. When I chased via email, all I got was an acknowledgement of my email, and a note telling me not to send more emails. Won't be using this shower again!”

“i was supplied with a product that was already 13 months old, it only had 18 month shelf life and gets more and more difficult to work with as it ages, their responce was send un used products back for refund. i dont have the time or want to pay for retuns, and wouldnt need to if they suppied good product”

“I ordered and after two weeks I found out by logging on to my account that they had cancelled and refunded my order. No explanation, no apology, just plain rude and unprofessional. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I did try to phone to track my order and only got a recording saying they were too busy and if I email please only do it once. I assume from that they are having issues?”

“My order was to be delivered by DX Express on Tuesday 28 April between 12.24 and 14.24. Nothing materialised. Received e-mail from DX stating ''We tried to deliver your item for Power Tools Direct Online Ltd today 28 April 2026 13.14'' This was an outright lie as there is ALWAYS someone at the property. Sent e-mail to your company bringing this matter to your attention. but no ack or reply received. E-mail from DX received today Thursday 30 April 2026 confirming re-delivery arranged between 12.23 and 14.23. Item delivered at 12.36.”

“The item wasn't dispatched until one week after promised delivery window on ordering. Slow response via email and didn't answer telephone. Now the courier has failed to even attempt delivery on three consecutive days (I've been in the whole time). Still not received item 10 days after the advertised delivery prior to putchase.”
