“No customer service, sent 4 emails, all ignored, Asked for a refund, still ignorned. Call customer support and the number directs you to voicemail saying you have to email enquires/ issues. I ordered the products two weeks ago now, Order was only a number of boxes of screws too. Wont be using again”

“Product is ok. But packaging was terrible - no box only, item was only partly wrapped with plastic shrink film. As a result the item was delivered with scuffs and scratches all over. (delivery photo shows how it was packaged)”
