“The garden tool we ordered was fine, even if the packaging was flimsy and torn. Thankfully, the tool was robust and undamaged. However, it was due for delivery by so-called 'express courier' (DHL) on Tuesday but didn't arrive till late Thursday. Not impressed by the delivery, and the DHL tracking info/system was very poor. The item unhelpfully disappeared from tracking over 24 hrs prior to delivery.”

“Power too!s direct was great to deal with but the delivery company was appalling they left my parcel on someone's door Step a 5 minute drive from my house. Luckily the owner of the house came round with the parcel.”
