“Ordered 5 items, 3 of which were required quickly, so paid premium P+P for faster delivery, 2 days later received refund for the 3 items I needed due to not being in stock !! no refund for extra P+P so effectively paid extra for non-urgent items and couldn't finish the job I need the tools for. Recomend updating the website and not listing items, that are out of stock, for reference still showing as available on web site.”

“Bought a stand for drilling vertical holes. I used it facing backwards and clamped to a Workmate so I could drill a series of holes in a long piece easily. It works well and was delivered the next day.”
