“easy to order and fast delivery. Sent the wrong item and then couldnt get the replacement to me in time for what i needed. Apart from that the servide and refund was professionally handled and very fast. Great service apart form sending the right thing, but dont let that put you off - im sure it was a mistake.”

“Your service was good. Your delivery service was asked to drop the package at the rear of our house ( because we were away for a few days) - it was on the front door mat. I was not happy with that”

“Good enough service and speed of postage. However, products not as per the website images and were used. Screwdrivers had rusty tips and handles covered in rusty fingerprints and scuffs. Still awaiting to resolve the issue with sales team”

“Great products, very reasonably priced, however….. customer services leaves much room for improvement. Order should have taken 3-5 days, I finally got it over a month later and had to write numerous emails to get any information why. I would have been fine with a courtesy email explaining that items were out of stock and a rough estimated delivery date”

“Good machine a lot more powerful than the 6inch bench grinder that I have used for years Might need someone to quality check before dispatch though although only minor there where a few chips out of the white grinding wheel and one of the wing nuts had a faulty thread had to use a bolt in the end but otherwise all good”

“I needed two electric panel heaters and only one was in stock with Power Tools. After ordering I found the item cheaper and it arrived quicker from another online retailer. As the 3-star rating prompts however, the purchase from Power Tools was "acceptable" and to be fair the item is not really their core product range.”

“The delivery service was excellent. The turf cutting tool was not. The structurally well made it has no sharp cutting edge. Maybe my turf is very though, but it was very hard work. Beibg carbon steel makes it very hard to grind.”
