There is no value for the money I paid for this item. The quality wasn't in my expectation.

Didn't get the head torch I ordered - I know this because I ordered 1 that I already have that I charge with USB but the one sent was batteries- I ppen the package before I compared oops

When I received my package the box was damaged and must have been damaged before it was sent as it had PowerPoint take used to make the repair. When I unpacked the kettle the plug was broken so I had to replace it.

Delivery took ages, items could have been better packaged- arrived chipped and scuffed but wasn't too big an issue.

Drill OK, but one battery failed within six months. Replaced under warranty but after 16 months the charger failed. Batteries were stiff to fit in the charger from the beginning. Disappointing!

The payment form was a problem. It took a couple of days to get it to accept me entering my details. I was very close to giving up altogether and going to another supplier. I contacted Power Tools Direct several times but they seemed unable to help. Finally, I must just have clicked on the precise place on the line to enter my details and it worked. No explanation. Weird! The tools arrived very quickly once I had made my payment.

I received a sealey tool trolley, which was damaged and broken, contacted them by email and they were quick to sort the problem out... I was told the trolley came straight from manufacturer... so not power tools direct at fault but there customer services was good.

bolts missing from motor fixings , had to source some and take apart to reassemble , apart from that good low price compared to machine mart , works ok

Tool box came in beautiful condition but delivery was too long waited over a week for it and had to message to get any sort of delivery tracking, nice products but slow shipping

Very happy with product but no communication. No receipt or confirmation I order was recieved. Despatch time was good. I checked spam and nothing. When purchasing from else where straight away confirmation email and vat receipt.

You need to sort out your delivery schedules. The "express" service advertises 2 - 3 days, and costs extra money, but it took closer to a week.

They took my order and money, all OK. The following day I received an email cancelling the order and then they refunded my card account. NO PROBLEM. Website said that the items were in stock. So the website was not up to date. Just a pity that they haven't a phone number for customers to call to check the stock availability on stock where stock is low.

easy to order and fast delivery. Sent the wrong item and then couldnt get the replacement to me in time for what i needed. Apart from that the servide and refund was professionally handled and very fast. Great service apart form sending the right thing, but dont let that put you off - im sure it was a mistake.

Your service was good. Your delivery service was asked to drop the package at the rear of our house ( because we were away for a few days) - it was on the front door mat. I was not happy with that

Good enough service and speed of postage. However, products not as per the website images and were used. Screwdrivers had rusty tips and handles covered in rusty fingerprints and scuffs. Still awaiting to resolve the issue with sales team
