I have recently purchased a 110 volt table saw , At the time of ordering it , there was supposedly 3 in stock , after a couple of days I hadn't heard anything so I tried to call on phone for more information all to no avail .. I understand that companies are using skeleton staff , but I find it hard to believe that there couldn't have been at home taking calls . So anyway I sent an email to be informed that the product couldn't be shipped because there was none in stock . Which was disappointing because I had needed it the following week ... My frustration is being told that the product was in stock when it wasn't ..

Ordered a couple of items which arrived as promised but the packaging on one of items was very poor. A tree lopper which is obviously going to be difficult to package so an additional fee was charged for post and packaging. However the packaging was just some shrink wrap around either end, nothing protecting the middle. No bubble wrap had been used to protect it which meant the handle and been damaged in transit and a small dent in the pole as it rattled around the couriers van. Both only cosmetic which won't affect its operation but just a bit poor, especially when you are charged extra for the long item.

Unfortunately one tub of paint damaged & not delivered, having waited to get disappointed that you were unable to replace especially as delivery cost quite high. Otherwise v good service

My items were lost in transit due to poor packing, But when I called to tell them, their employee Gosia was very helpful and sorted the matter very quickly.

To anyone else buying a steama be prepared for a large box with lots of loose items rattling around in it. Packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Other steama's come compact and store-able.

I ordered 3 x 5 litre cans of Jeyes fluid 2 of the cans arrived very badly damaged with big creases along the seams

order placed via Pay Pal on 28th Feb.,Delivery promised on 4th March.I emailed on 7th March to say that the item had not been deliverd and no tracking number issued.I received an email apologising on 9th March,and the item was delivered on the same day (with new delivery date of 9th march!)

Price of spray £4 but postage pushed price up to £10 .50 .Only bought it because all others where out of stock or longer delivery time.

The tool was too small and spent half an hour to file out the inside of the flats on the inside, then it only went on halve way over the plastic nut

Order process was excellent but you advertised delivery within 2 days if ordered by a certain time. Order placed, delivery 8 days ...total unacceptable as I could of purchased locally and got better service. Also for the cost of delivery you charged I would of expected next day delivery

Their policy on weight, where you are charged postage for going over 20kg meant I actually had to break up my order into smaller packages( which must have cost them more in postage), which took too long to do, frustrating me so I ended up cancelling half of my order. That meant that their policy reduced their sale. It doesn't seem to make sense to me. Would I buy again? Some good prices but I found it all a lot of hastle so am not sure if its worth it to me.
