“Ordered rustins plasticoat unfortunately the bottle was punctured and a bit of the varnish was lost. Great product and good price.”

“Great products, very reasonably priced, however….. customer services leaves much room for improvement. Order should have taken 3-5 days, I finally got it over a month later and had to write numerous emails to get any information why. I would have been fine with a courtesy email explaining that items were out of stock and a rough estimated delivery date”

“Good machine a lot more powerful than the 6inch bench grinder that I have used for years Might need someone to quality check before dispatch though although only minor there where a few chips out of the white grinding wheel and one of the wing nuts had a faulty thread had to use a bolt in the end but otherwise all good”

“I needed two electric panel heaters and only one was in stock with Power Tools. After ordering I found the item cheaper and it arrived quicker from another online retailer. As the 3-star rating prompts however, the purchase from Power Tools was "acceptable" and to be fair the item is not really their core product range.”

“The delivery service was excellent. The turf cutting tool was not. The structurally well made it has no sharp cutting edge. Maybe my turf is very though, but it was very hard work. Beibg carbon steel makes it very hard to grind.”

“Covid has its impact on business but communication wasn’t particularly good no phone contact email only at the mercy of getting a reply and most of all no notification from your self or courier on delivery day just took a delivery from fastfix by dpd notified yesterday of today and dpd notified me first thing of my one delivery slot which they never let me down so you see what your up against”
