“Product great. Delivery was not good. I cancelled a cheaper order from another company because Power Tools offered much much quicker delivery. Then PowerTools confirmed the order and delivery was even slower than the other company. No explanation, no apology ro delay. Not Happy.”

“Did not make me happy. I was promised delivery on the Tuesday when I opted (paid for) express delivery. I had a partial delivery late Wednesday. With the rest are ing later. I should have asked for a refund òf the express delivery fee but the effort did not seem with it. It would make me happy if you were to donate it to charity.”

“Competitive prices, however, this was let down by missing information on the dispatch note to allow me to track the delivery. One out of the eight tins was slightly damaged but not to an extent where I thought a return was required.”

“The wedges were for hammers, whereas I had wanted wedges for a mattock and a pick axe. There was no scale on the picture in the advert. I will keep in the garage till I next need a hammer wedge.”

“I got the product, eventually, however, I would suggest using Amazon if possible, as the products on ‘1-2 day delivery’ arrived after 3.5 days. Not worth it.”

“ordered 5 measuring jugs with spouts, 1 came without spout. Phoned, left a message on answerphone, no contact, phoned again, hung up, because went through to answerphone again. Phoned 3rd time got through explained situation, have had no reply since, Measuring Jugs have been with me for nearly 2 weeks now. Received spout the day this email was posted in standard postal mail, but was unaware that the issue was resolved until it arrived on my doorstep. For these reasons I have upgraded my oval rating on this occasion to Average fro poor. I hope this is an isolated experience that I have received as good/very good experiences from this company for previous purchases.”

Hi Scott, I do apologise for the lack of communication on this. I have checked the status and it appears that it was arranged with our supplier that they would send a spare nozzle direct to you, but you were unfortunately not informed of this. I have chased this so it should be with you shortly. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you
