“Unfortunately Power Tools Direct sent the wrong size product. However there was no problem returning the goods and the money was refunded promptly. I would sooner have had the right size sent than a refund but was not given that choice. Despite this hitch I would use Power Tools Direct again.”

“I placed my order of over £75 which qualified for free delivery, but as I needed them sooner than the stated 5-7 days, I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery, on arrival my order was 1 item missing which was the item I needed the soonest. I contacted Power Tools Direct who asked for photos of the parcel and items which I provided, they then said the item was out of stock and not back in stock for a month - I said this was unacceptable - they then refunded the cost of the item and the additional postage cost”

“Service was good but the large box spanner I bought poor. The big end was to small and small end to large for the nut sizes specified on them.”

“The product itself is fine. My only issue with this order is how I paid extra for next day (Saturday) delivery and the package was only delivered on Tuesday. I have similar experiences with the courier used by PTD and would hesitate to order more if that is the preferred method of shipment as they are usually late.”

“Product great. Delivery was not good. I cancelled a cheaper order from another company because Power Tools offered much much quicker delivery. Then PowerTools confirmed the order and delivery was even slower than the other company. No explanation, no apology ro delay. Not Happy.”

“Did not make me happy. I was promised delivery on the Tuesday when I opted (paid for) express delivery. I had a partial delivery late Wednesday. With the rest are ing later. I should have asked for a refund òf the express delivery fee but the effort did not seem with it. It would make me happy if you were to donate it to charity.”

“Competitive prices, however, this was let down by missing information on the dispatch note to allow me to track the delivery. One out of the eight tins was slightly damaged but not to an extent where I thought a return was required.”
