“Good product at a fair price but I do have one small gripe. When I made my online purchase the checkout page clearly stated that, if I chose express delivery, I would receive my goods on the 24th of April. The confirmation emails that came after payment included a tracking number for my parcel which showed delivery would be on the 25th. Please don't give guaranteed delivery dates if they're not actually guaranteed.”

“Good price. Paid for express delivery (£8) but took 5 days. Didn't say 1/2 day express delivery was week days only. Could have driven to the shops to get this product more quickly.”

“Easy to order, correct items sent. Contact regarding delivery. However , even though I paid extra for fast delivery it took three days to arrive and not the two days as was promised.”

“I have used Power Tools Direct on a number of occasions and I have always had good value for money and service. My recent order arrived far later than stated on their website and when challenged I was refused a refund on the Express Delivery service I had paid for. Maybe just a one off but it has made me think twice about using them again!!”

“Pleased with product but having paid full postage the parcel wasn't delivered until yesterday 10.4.17 after a phone call enquiring where it was undertracking number. Parcel very well packed.”

“Bit on the expensive side + the delivery fee on top of that but overall decent product. The mop is a little troublesome at times. Clean floor in the end though.”
