“Really poor company. I placed an order with them, they took my money, kept my money for over a week until I contacted them for an order update as I'd not had any updates other than an order confirmation, I then had an automated email to say that the item wasn't in stock. I was fully refunded but as I thought I'd already purchased this item I missed out on a few other deals that are no longer available. After reading a few reviews of powertools direct this seems to be a regular occurrence. Won't be going back there.”

“The order that i’d bought as a gift was in poor condition and badly finished. I contacted the company with photo evidence and asked for a replacement. The company requested that I post the item back at my own expense so that they could review the item themselves, despite the evidence already documented, and only then would they consider sending a replacement and refund the cost of postage if they deemed my complaint to be valid. They could give me no timescale for this transaction which meant that I’d risk having no gift to give at all. 100% would not buy from them again.”
