“Excellent service, good price, great service from Gosia. Bought a bandsaw on Monday, arrived early (Wednesday),the saw was damaged 😩 However I emailed to report the damage and got a reply within mins. Lorry arrived 8am Thursday with replacement and took the damaged one away. Can’t ask for more. Thank you”

“My order, which I needed fairly urgently, was lost by the courier. I informed Power Tools Direct but they refused to send me a replacement order or refund my money until a investigation by the courier was complete. I eventually received my refund 20 days after placing the order. To rub salt into the wound, no apology, nothing. Extremely poor customer service. I will never use this company again.”
