Was sent wrong items, beware what you order, check and make sure, they can change your order to suit themselves and then blame you for ordering wrong

Can't write a review because they did not fulfil my order they did however refund me in full but I would rather have had the goods!!

ordered leadmate on 16th oct, arrived 2nd nov. No reply to phone calls or messages, no reply to emails. v.poor customer service. unlikely to use again

Poor advertising of postage costs as it states free postage over £75. When you get to the check out it then changes it mind to £34 postage as it’s over 20kg. It didn’t say that on the advertising Also it says heavy duty but the instructions say not to be used in high winds or heavy rain Load of rubbish

Ordered bits from the website went to pay. Couldn't make payment for some reason but had the option to pay by cheque so thought great. Ordered bits. Said would receive a confirmation email. Still waiting !! Communication is definitely not their strong point.

Poor communication & slow delivery compared to other companies especially on eBay. 'Power Tools Direct ' suggests quick service/delivery .....it didn't in my case.

Useless,didn’t have what I wanted in stock but took my money and made me wait over a week to tell me that I wasn’t getting it,would never use them again

Order placed online and paid for, 2 days later, "sorry we can't supply". Refunded, but 2 days wasted. Online stock control is not a difficult thing theses days

Absolutely disgraceful service, ordered an item , they didn't deliver, when i questioned them after the delivery due date, i was told it was a stocking error, they did not have the product. i was left stranded without the item out of pocket until the money has been returned, no compensation, no sorry and admitting the fault was there's. i had to chase up with them, they had no customer service. there answer to all of this was 'it industry standard' to sell an item they do not have in stock, take your money , not delivery, no contact with you and not admit responsibility. there website claims that they are amazing and that they delivery excellent customer service, dont be fooled guys, call them up before ordering anything online and make sure they have it in stock.

accepted my order took the money for express delivery, 6 days later no contact from them but no delivery. They did not have the stock to sell but took the payment and order anyway. If you cant fulfill order you should say so and not accept

It took over 2 weeks to tell us our order was not available. In the meantime we had to keep chasing for info Power Tools was in no way proactive in keeping us updated on our order status. Money was refunded and same product ordered and received from another company within 3 days. Not impressed with service and will not buy from again

Ordered and paid for two tins of decking stain. Got an e-mail next day to say there had been a stocking error and the decking stain was not available and received a full refund.

Paid for required screws etc for an urgent job. paid for 2 day delivery. nothing Now they will not respond to my emails. Obviously a poor drop shipping account. This will go to court I reckon. I just wanted simple contact and updates on my order.

Did not have the item I ordered although their website showed in stock. Took them 2 days to let me know and the website still showed in stock. Will never touch again.
