I have ordered a 16in permaflex trowel it sates on the website that it’s 16in on my email it states that it is 16in it has arrived in a 16in box but the trowel is only 11in and also has a sticker on the handle stating it’s 16 either someone really needs help or their just having me on wtf is wrong with some people

Didn’t communicate why you Cancelled my order. I suppose it was because You didn’t have stock. You should not have taken the order and my money.

Order No. 1000318559 - your asking for feedback so here it is. Your response to email queries sucks, having no phone contact is ridiculous. I have paid nearly £800 and had no delivery confirmation or indeed acknowledgement of when to even expect my order. In all good conscious how could I recommend a company that treats its customers like you do? Please can you advise me when my order will be delivered as I have received no information regarding this. You took £787.51 on Saturday 21st August 2021 and you’ve asked for feedback on Monday 31st August 2021 and this is the only communication I’ve received since the initial email thanking me for my order. This is a disgraceful way to run a business and I would like my feedback to be passed to the Company’s Managing Director, Simon Humphries. Thank you. Lynnie Dicker

I have sent my product back and fighting for a refund it is only 1 speed the polish pads are very cheap and difficult to put on I am still waiting for a refund

absolute rubbish, have phoned several times due to a compressor severely but no returned call due to damaged by carrier. All staff working from home due to covid I did not realise one could contract covid from your house phone, yes it is serious covid but a poor excuse, but just leave your customers in limbo

Good product and reasonable price, but paid extra for wicket delivery which did not happen. Tracking info was useless, only updates when out for delivery. This was at least three days overdue, emailed company three times before response, which was to give me tracking number that I already had! The items arrived that afternoon, tracking info advised ' delivered'. Extremely poor customer service!!

Managed to purchase one item online, also wanted to purchase two more items, no response to phone or email enquiries, live chat not even working. Don't recommend them, nor will I be buying anything else from this company.

No answer to my 2 Emails about order not received which I paid extra for quick delivery, Tried to call via phone number but saying not taking calls saying everyone is working from home, luckily enough I paid via PayPal so going request a refund, terrible company don't deal with.......

Communication is nonexistent! It doesn’t matter at what stage you are in your order, you will not receive a response of any kind. You will not know whether your order will be fulfilled or not. Don’t pay extra for express delivery as it won’t happen. My item did turn up eventually, I was going to request a refund from my credit card for non delivery and communication when it just turned up! It was cheap, but as I required it for a job had to buy another elsewhere, so now I have 2 and can’t be bothered to waste my time trying to return it. Overall, if you want something cheap, can afford to wait and see if it may arrive then buy from Tools direct and cross your fingers and toes- you have been warned!

Although the company was efficient, not having the goods that we ordered, wasn't very good. The website should be kept up to date all the time so people don't pin there hopes in getting something they want, when the company didn't have in the first place.

Paint arrived dented and leaking, not enough to complete the gates. Sent photos and email on Monday , three days later still no reply to rectify the situation.

If I could give 0 I would, due to the shocking communication alone!! That said after 22 emails between myself Gosia I finally got my goods collected & refund!! I ordered a pair of Bahco edging shears on an express delivery, they didn’t arrive & that was the start of my quest. When they did arrive they were delivered in what I can call a bin bag which was ripped and the goods all scraped & scratched…. These were part of a birthday present and I got asked a number of times were they useable…. Absolute joke!!! Who on earth would give or more to the point want to receive it that state??? There doesn’t seem to be any respect for the clients which is your biggest mistake or the company you work for!!! I would never recommend this company or use this company ever again…. I would like to add that I did give benefit of doubt because of the current climate, but the whole company need to give their heads a wobble and stop treating their clients with such lack of respect!!!
