I received the Puddle Pump today. The delivery was excellent but the pump was damaged. The adapter was almost completely broken off. I really needed this pump urgently so am very disappointed and annoyed. Being a weekend I can’t contact anyone either so am left in limbo!😡

Ordered a bandsaw over the Xmas period it arrived yesterday 7th Jan it arrived damaged in the box with no extra packaging (cosmetic damage) to which I wasn't bothered but once built it was as dead as a dodo tried calling building supplies and no response filled in contact form (no issue)only to be contacted today to say I would have to send it back to clarke to get inspected and would be a few weeks for a new item one day old I think this is ridiculous any supplier worth there salt would replace as most do lesson learnt i fixed the issue myself (new switch)but for the sake of lack lustre customer service and passing onto clarke the manufacturer I will use a reputable known supplier such as machine mart who value customers

The order was cancelled after 2 days. I was not informed that the order had been cancelled, but instead noticed a credit on the bank card I used to make the purchase.

THE ORDER I PLACED WITH YOU HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED THE COURIER YOU SENT IT WITH HAVE LOST IT..I HAVE BEEN PASSED FROM ONE TO OTHER AND ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.THEY SAY[ TUFFNELLS ]THEY NEED YOU TO REQUEST THEM TO TELL YOU IT HAS BEEN LOST.....YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP. Really poor company. I placed an order with them, they took my money, kept my money for over a week until I contacted them for an order update as I'd not had any updates other than an order confirmation, I then had an automated email to say that the item wasn't in stock. I was fully refunded but as I thought I'd already purchased this item I missed out on a few other deals that are no longer available. After reading a few reviews of powertools direct this seems to be a regular occurrence. Won't be going back there.

The order that i’d bought as a gift was in poor condition and badly finished. I contacted the company with photo evidence and asked for a replacement. The company requested that I post the item back at my own expense so that they could review the item themselves, despite the evidence already documented, and only then would they consider sending a replacement and refund the cost of postage if they deemed my complaint to be valid. They could give me no timescale for this transaction which meant that I’d risk having no gift to give at all. 100% would not buy from them again.

Payment taken, but still not received my order. I have paid for express delivery and my order is still showing as processing on my account 4 days later. If you need things quickly I would shop elsewhere.

Poor. I ordered expecting delivery in a reasonable time period. After chasing up Power Tools, it turns out that my good are awaiting customs clearance. So I assume that when I placed my order the goods may not have been in the UK 2 weeks on I'm still waiting.....

NOT AT ALL A HAPPY CUSTOMER! I placed an order for a very important (urgently needed) tool on 02/11/2020 for £112.36 based on the website claim of "Delivery: 2-3 Days". At least double that amount of days passed before I contacted customer services to enquire when my order would actually be delivered. The response was that an enquiry would be made with the purchasing team and that they would get back to me... nothing materialised from this. A further contact was made which resulted in the same response. I then tried to call the telephone number displayed on the website but an automated voice message blamed Covid-19 for everyone working from home and no calls would be answered... Then 11 days after placing the order and paying for it online an automated message was sent to my e-mail stating that "Unfortunately this item has been discontinued, we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused". A full refund was given at the same time. HOWEVER, and this is the biggest scam and insult of it all!!! The item is currently still on their website displayed as "In stock" (checked 23/11/2020) at a price of £124.74 with a claim of "Delivery: 2-3 Days". Not only did they blatantly lie to me - they upped the price too! Probably why they refunded me so quickly - they did not want to sell it to me for the lower price! This tool was needed for a very important project and it was consequently set back by two weeks because of this company's inadequacies. I finally purchased the same tool elsewhere delivered next day by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMSTERS! THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY STOCK ANY OF THE PRODUCT ON THEIR WEBSITE - THEY ARE MIDDLEMEN SELLING YOU PRODUCTS ON BEHALF OF OTHER COMPANIES! THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS ARE BOGUS! YOU WILL ONLY BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered a product and paid for express delivery on 7 11 20 still not received the product as of writing this on the 19 11 20. I certainly cannot offer a recommendation . They have only contacted once after i contacted them. How can a company offer two day delivery if its not in stock im very disappointed!

Very poor! I receive my maxx brush only to find it is unusable without purchasing a separate adapter/ extension cable! You wouldn’t buy a Dyson and have to buy an adapter before you vacuum the house would you!! Very very disappointed!
