“Item damaged. Was offered a partial refund twice. No replacement offered. Still hasn’t been sorted a week after purchasing. Very poor and overpriced. Bad business.”

“I would never buy from them again asked to cancel the order. But you still sent it paid postage next day 8.95 royal mail used which is way cheaper ordered Saturday received next Friday how about that! Really bad service”

“16/09 placed order ,pr1000324410, 3-5 days delivery,22/09 was told still awaiting payment,(pay pal),so had not been posted ,i tried to re order but it seems item is out of stock again.no phone number to speak to any one so i will have to go elsware”

“Very misleading delivery times. Do not take any notice of the delivery times shown under the initial selling page, as these are changed to a later date as you proceed. My items arrived 3 days later than it stated but the customer service said this was acceptable. Poor all round, suggest shopping at an alternative store.”

“Paid for express delivery 2/3 days. Arrived 8 days. Cost me £100.00 extra for contractor being cancelled due to none delivery. Customer service very abrupt and un helpful. Will never use this company again.”

“Order took so long I had to order from someone else to get on with the job. After 10 days I asked to cancel the order, I was told the next day that I couldn’t cancel as the order had been sent. Which it was, a day after I asked to cancel. Rubbish , slow service, 11 days to send some wall ties, I would advise using someone else.”

“THE EINHILL ANGLE GRINDER WOULD NOT SWITCH ON. I THOUGHT IT COULD BE THE FUSE IN THE PLUG. WHEN I OPENED THE PLUG ,I FOUND THAT THE SMALL BRASS SCREW FOR THE BROWN WIRE CONNECTION, HAD NOT BEEN FITTED . IT WAS LYING LOOSE IN SIDE THE PLUG BODY . I SCREWED IT IN PLACE, AND THE TOOL THEN WORKED.”

“I made a purchase online from Power Tools Direct website. Received notification from DHL that my purchase was going to be delivered a day earlier than stated, waited in to take delivery never arrived. Did not arrive on original stated date either, checked back with the DHL link and all information had vanished. By this point concerned made telephone call to Power Tools Direct was not answered by a member of staff just a automated message to send email. Sent email no reply ever received. Goods finally arrived rusty and damaged. As Power Tools Direct refuses to communicate with their customer’s on any level possible I disappointedly had to make the decision to keep goods and never buy from them again.”
