I ordered some router bits that were urgently needed and expected them to be delivered within 2-3 working days. still no delivery after four working days I contacted Power tools Direct and they said they would look into it and the following day I received an email to say there was a stock error and they did not have the router bits. Problems do happen especially during these difficult times but if I had been notified about this error by yourselves straight away instead of me having chase up the delivery I would have been happier so that I could have continued to search for these elsewhere. We were credited straight away for the error.

ordered screws that i desperately needed, paid the additional postage fees for a faster delivery, no signs still of the screws, or even anyone to update me

Wrong item delivered and when we asked for a replacement we were advise that the item we ordered was now out of stock so stuck with something we didn’t want. Also arrived late. Promised 2-3 working days and took 5 working days.

Hello we have still not received our order , the couriers delivered to the wrong place , now they are trying to track our parcel , very poor service .

I ordered six items from Power Tools direct. They were dispatched with DHL but only three items, separately packed were delivered. The DHL website said the delivery was a part delivery. When I contacted Power Tools to ask them to contact DHL and find out when I might expect the rest of my delivery they did do this. DHL claimed to have made a complete delivery. This has not been the case. I even sent to Power Tools photographs of the part delivery from the DHL tracking website and their record stating a part delivery. Power Tools reaction has been DHL claim to have delivered everything and they cannot claim for lost goods from DHL. They recommend I contact my credit card company and open a dispute. I find it very difficult to accept that I the customer am not believed even though they and DHL cannot provide proof of delivery. I shall not be making any further purchases from power tools and will pursue a claim through my credit card company

Not at all good paid for 2-3 day delivery and products turned up 3 weeks and 3 days later with products missing. Never again.

I received my item, a generator, £300. I realised that it wasn't powerful enough, i was given wrong information by the company just before buying it. Contacted Power Tools and send it back, stating that i wouldn't need another but a refund. The currier came to my place a couple of weeks later, I sent the item back. Since I had a few conversations and email, requesting my refund, then they stopped replying to me. 3 months later I have no generatoe, no money back and no communication. I will contact them on Monday 19th of October 2021 on my last attempt to recup my money then I will have to resolve it via legal way. Very disappointed. Customer Service 0

This company is a disgrace I ordered the sealey power sander as advertised to later fi d out you need a compressor for it to be able to sand so its not a sander its a six hundred pound hoover I then had to pay to have it sent back so I packed it all up and sent it back as it was boxed they then sende a photo that it's broken and wo t refund me you can't speak to anyone it is all emails so I am now going trading standards and citizens advice to get my money back as they have refused me A refund there customer service is shocking if you won't my advice don't use this company they are shocking they have cost me money and time and don't won't to helpe at all there good at takin your money that's about it

Power Tools Direct Order #1000329693 The above order was delivered 14 Oct 2021 @ 12:37 Hrs. On opening the package I noticed that the packaging had been damaged. Parts of the router had pierced the side of the plastic wrapped packaging and was sticking out of the box. On observing the damage to the router my opinion is that it has been dropped or had something heavy dropped on to it. The evidence supporting this opinion is: - 1. The sturdy aluminium router base plate casting has been cracked, along with damage to its plastic slip pad. 2. The aluminium casting of the parallel guide has been fractured into two pieces and is not serviceable. 3. There are many pieces of fractured plastic trims in the packaging with the router. I wish to return the order for a full refund at Power Tools expense. I attach 11 photos of the shipment taken during opening the package and security cam of the delivery. Power Tools Direct have not responded to any of my communications so unable to return the package.

They put a picture of a larger version of the tool they suppplied me on their website, when in fact, it placed the smaller version in the basket !! (illustrations can be providedon request) They would only refund if I paid postage both ways. As it happens, I am so pleased with the tool that I would have kept it anyway , but their misrepresetation was very misleading . I would never use a company that use these tactics again.

Item damaged. Was offered a partial refund twice. No replacement offered. Still hasn’t been sorted a week after purchasing. Very poor and overpriced. Bad business.

I would never buy from them again asked to cancel the order. But you still sent it paid postage next day 8.95 royal mail used which is way cheaper ordered Saturday received next Friday how about that! Really bad service
