“Never received my order, no answer when you phone and they don’t reply to emails, after 14 days they just issued a refund, no email, no contact, no explanation. Don’t waste your time!”

“My order, which I needed fairly urgently, was lost by the courier. I informed Power Tools Direct but they refused to send me a replacement order or refund my money until a investigation by the courier was complete. I eventually received my refund 20 days after placing the order. To rub salt into the wound, no apology, nothing. Extremely poor customer service. I will never use this company again.”

“Tool box ordered based on it being in stock with delivery 3/5 days paid in full and nothing after 5 days so chased up buy email to be informed it was on its way direct from the manufacturer, chased again after 10 days to be told it’s coming from Holland and could take 15 days still no tool box. Customers understand delays but need to be given the chance of a refund if no longer in stock, And updated on delivery changes. Management refused to phone me back and discuss.”

“I ordered 5 of the same thing that came in small glass bottles. All were in a box far too big and they all rattled about and one started leaking. Not ideal when it's flammable chemicals”

“Very poor communication. Late delivery even though we paid extra for express delivery. Ordered Monday with a two day delivery and it arrived on Friday afternoon, putting our job behind by two days, costing us both time and labour. When we emailed to ask for the order to be cancelled after we found it hadn't been dispatched on Wednesday and we had no further replies.”

“I received my products (tough wipes) in a poor condition. Because they didn’t have foil protector on the top they leaked all in the box. I can only conclude from this that they will dry out more quickly. Customer service asked me to send photo of wipes , which I did & also of the box. But I had thrown away as it was very wet on my floor & didn’t think I needed it. They haven’t contacted me again so I presume I will have to put up with the situation & never use them again.”

“We where to start. Ordered an item on a Tuesday for delivery on Friday. .. hmm not arrived yet. Apparently its gone missing. Tried to get in touch with this company.. answer phone message said ppl are working from home so email and they will be in touch straight away... nope.. that didn't happen either. Monday I got an email.. I have spent thousands online with many companies and rhis us the worst experience ever. Buyer beware.”

“This company does not fairly apply the delivery charges. On your website, the cost of delivery is £ 3.95 (up to 2Kg), you collected from me for an item weighing 1.5kg (and on the DPD label 1.75kg) £ 4.95, where £ 4.95 (up to 5Kg ). If a thousand people pay £ 1 more, you will achieve a profit of £ 1,000. Such behaviour disqualifies trust in such a company and translating that I agreed to such a fee without knowing the weight of the product is simply ridiculous. Don't trust companies like this one, think if it's worth trusting them. The product came without any packaging, only in factory packaging.”
