“Product delivered to door no problem at all. It would be good if the minimum order length could be cut into shorter lengths. i.e A 1-meter length could be delivered as 4x250mm lengths. Thank you”

“No trouble at all with Power tools direct But the courier DPD usless! The box the item was delivered in open on arrival Given to the wrong house Delivery card saying it was left with a neighbour, Put through another wrong house. If I didnt live in a small close, The parcel could of got lost”

“After my scathing 'Trust Pilot' review you want me to review your company direct ? Okay then, an item was advertised as in stock with 3 to 5 day delivery. I chased you when it failed to arrive, was told it was down to the supplier / warehouse / anyone else you could shift blame towards. After three weeks I had an email to say I was being refunded. Overall, very disappointed.”
