“PowerTools Direct took my order and I paid them instantly. 3 days later I got an email cancelling my order, shortly after they sent me another email saying they had refunded my payment. There was no explanation given as to why they had cancelled my order, so I sent them 2 emails asking them why. There was no reply so I sent another, this time I got a reply saying they were out of stock. They sell several different types of this item and they could have offered an alternative< but they couldn't be bothered and I wasn't going to order one of the alternative products from them to find that that too was out of stock. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AT ALL”

“The spray can was £6.. DHL 2-3 day delivery was £6.. Took 5 days to arrive and the can cap was damaged. Original DHL code for tracking didn't work.”
