“Appreciated the follow-emails about progress once I had placed an order. Good to see the items dispatch so quickly. Only niggle is your search engine - you stock parts that don’t show up. Search for Clarke mortise and the machine shows up with two size bits, yet I knew it had four different size bits. I had to guess the part numbers of the ‘missing’ bits to find that you did sell them and they were in stock. I hope this is an exception to the rule or you could be loosing sales!”

“Your service was great. I paid more for a fast delivery, and you dispatched accordingly. However, not too happy with the delivery service. i received a text that the unit would be delivered to my door, and if i am not in then a photo would be taken as proof of delivery. i was not in at the time, had to locate a shop where i could pick the parcel up next day. Need not have paid for quicker delivery, as it didnt happen!”

“Ordered an item with express delivery but no sign of item and had to contact customer service. Advised item has not been shipped but would be for next day. Requested cancellation of item and then told item had already been shipped so unable to cancel order. Requested return process and told item would not be collected and I’d have to pay for return of item. This is poor service especially as they shipped the items late.”

“I ordered an electric motor from PowerTools Direct which unfortunately had a fault. I contacted their customer support who were extremely helpful and arranged free collection of the faulty motor straight away. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.”

“Very simply there was a issue of product leaking in the consihnement. I Supplied photo evidence The damaged items were immediately shipped and replaced. First rate service. Equally there prices are considerably cheaper than the usual Diy chains”
