“Very poor, I know the couriers damaged the goods but your actions and continued actions mean I still don’t have my replacement part. I should have just ordered from machine mart and I would have had it Friday 14th!!!”

“Packaging was poor, the blade was loose and banged around in the box. This should always bd senr secured. Main metal body paintwork chipped, however is useable. Normally I would send back. As function is not impaired I will use.”

“Faultless service from order to delivery, please pass this on to all involved, but husband was shocked no oil in the gennie, how do you test it, all oiled now & full of petrol ready for said blackouts!! 10 out of 10 otherwise, everyone was polite & friendly down to the delivery, which restores my faith in people!!”
