“I first tried it out on a side wall of an alcove. I found the spray gun heavy, but I was able to cover the wall quickly and evenly. I was pleased with it, until I noticed that the spray had reached far behind the short alcove wall, and sprayed little dots of paint on everything behind it from the television in the left hand corner of the main wall to the doorway on the adjacent wall to the one I had intentionally sprayed, and everything in between, i.e. the window, a set of small tables, an easy chair and a lamp. Luckily, although time consuming, everything cleaned up fairly easily. I realized afterwards that I had the air level set too high. I reduced the air flow to do the back wall of the alcove, but it was a much slower process, and it was more difficult to distinguish between what I had painted and what I hadn't. I also had to keep stopping because the spray gun was too heavy. The machine is really only suitable for a man or a strong woman. The strap on the main part wasn't necessary. I think it would have been more useful fitted to the spray gun. I haven't rated it because, as a woman, I found it difficult to use, but I think a man would give it a high rating.”

“Tools (scriber and centre punch) arrived after 8 days (6 working days). The online system didnt confirm a despatch until 3 working days had passed so it wasnt a postal delay. The tools seem OK, but I haven't used them as I had to borrow toold to get the job done.”

“I purchased an item and paid extra for express delivery; I expected it to be posted out the same day but this was not the case. I had to contact them. However, they did respond and the item was received the next day. Apart from this the item was what I expected and arrived in good condition. Shame it was late”

“I was not as happy as I wanted to be as on the web site it showed a picture of the product I wanted but then you had 2 delivery times to chose from, I chose the 2nd opp but did not see that it this was for a different finish on the patio sealer. When it arrived I rang to say what had happened and the number said to message the company, which I did and the reply said sorry but I could not take it back to exchange but I could place another order for the right one, which I feel is very poor or to wait [date unknown] for this company to have a trade counter to exchange then....... feeling disappointed....Tracy”

Hi Tracy, the shipping option doesn't affect the product choice, but luckily the trade counter has progressed faster than expected. If you give us a call next week we can arrange for the correct item to be at the site for you to exchange if this is still of use to you?

“Ordered product but didn't arrive after 9 days (2 weekends).. However, couldn't fault them as after calling they couriered a second order to me. I think it was Royal Mail that failed (familiar story), not PTD. Gent that dealt with my complaint could not have been more helpful.”

“spindle on drill pump is very tight,. but still turns when in drill. Cannot be turned by hand. ( not the retailers fault ). lt does work so I will not be returning item.”

“Good service from company but delivery company informed me by email @Thanks for the message dated/timed 4.9.13 @ 18:40 hrs. delivery will be on the 4.9.13 @ between 10:37 to 11:37 hours. A complete waste of info.”

“Ordered thr ou Ordered through Amazon Marketplace. Initially told that delivery would be delayed but on very next day the 10 parcels arrived. One package was somewhat battered and when opened a slight spillage had occurred. Otherwise the rest well insulated.”

“product great. very competittive price despatch time ok. but had very little contact after order was placed. had no idea day/time of delivery & was no invoice sent. the packaging was holed in several places & had been opened and resealed quite poorly. although contents were all there & undamaged. missing invoice & lack of contact were a let down, but would use them again”
