“I make a complaint by email and you do not reply. You ALSO do not answer the phone. All I get is a message "Person is not available - GOODBYE" I mean how rude is that? So you are just another company keen to sell you stuff but when things are not right you suddenly disappear! Signs of a scam business. D Smith.”

“Great item at a very reasonable price, but very slow delivery. £6.95 for express delivery that took 5 days to arrive. Very poor, not sure I will use again. This was not down to Royal Mail has the label was only printed Friday, which was 5 working days post order.”

“My order was placed using express delivery, the order wasn't even despatched until the evening of the indicated delivery day. The reply to my enquiry was very slow. The item I purchased was as described, I just feel let down by slow despatch and poor customer service.”

“Only part of the order was delivered. The picture on-line showed two pieces a lever arm and a pivot block but only the arm was delivered. Which is useless on its own. I am NOT happy.”

“Good prices but very slow dispatch and difficult to get hold of customer service - email only. Delivery charge was expensive but as a next-day service you can stomach paying it... if the order is packed and packed same or next day. On this occasion I waited a week until querying (via email as phone system doesn't allow you to speak to customer services), recieved an email resopnse after 3 days and order was dispatched - so 11 days from order to delivery. Are the cheap prices worth it? You decide”

“Very slow delivery,8 days, not the expected 3-4 days. The item is fine, wrapped in bubble wrap for delivery. Also the Google search is misleading as it stated free delivery and only when ordering it shows that it’s only free if you spend a large amount (I think it was £250)”

“How I wish I had read these reviews before I place the order. No free delivery cost £6:95. And no parcel received. Go to Manomano very good company and they supply the goods. They also respond to phone calls. Shocking service. I will try to get money back from my bank”

“Product hasn't been delivered. No email response and the telephone just rings and rings. Glad it wasn't much of an order as I don't expect to receive it. Many good tool companies online. Do not lose your money with this one”
